SCAMMERS AVOID ORDERING

UPDATE Customer service just keep sending the same email saying its been dispatched with a tracking.link that doesnt work and refusing to provide a refund. Please do not give them your hard earned miney dispicable company Much the same as everyone else,cannot believe i didn't think to read these reviews before ordering!
Ordered 20th October received nothing! Chased via email and customer service say they have no tracking updates so have sent the order.
What a scam so annoyed at myself for falling it!
AVOID do not order anything!

It took a while but it came

It took a while, but my item did arrive, customer service were super responsive on Email. I used the tracking number then gave me on Universal Parcel Tracking and then I could see which courier it was with and see the tracking number to go direct with the courier

Similar to everyone else. Took a month for ‘parcel’ to get to UK then disappeared and their courier won’t update them. Won’t refund and have resent but won’t give a tracking number for new dispatch. Fear money wasted.

Shocking service

Shocking service, over charged at the time of purchase. Now I’ve had to wait over 2 weeks and I’ve still not got what I paid for. Customer Service Team are responsive via email, but the best they can tell me is shipping is being expedited by the courier. Poor service overall

Absolute con of a company

Absolute con of a company. I ordered socks over 2 months ago. They have not arrived and delivery date is still unknown when I try tracking. Do not order from here!

I contacted customer services who responded with a nonsense reply of “The shipping company reported that your parcel had been rejected by the Customs somehow“

This contradicts the tracking info, which says it is in Cambridge.

Item not received after a month but got full refund

I fell for the sock advert in social media and thought my kids would love them. I paid with PayPal and like others I was also charged VAT on top of the advertised price. I was sent tracking which was updating but it's been over a month now even tho they apparently passed and left uk customs over 2 weeks ago now so I contacted them the other day and to be fair they have fully refunded me including the extra VAT they charged and were apologetic about it.

Absolute crooks

Absolute crooks. Overcharged from what they invoiced, order never arrived after 10 weeks and no response to queries. Unfortunately Apple Pay have no way of refunding! They simply say take it up with the retailer, who never respond. Avoid both.

Good responsiveness, no issues

I ordered this, but paypal took too much (they added tax on when it shouldn't have been). I messaged the seller and the extra amount was refunded within a couple of hours. I didn't get a delivery notification, but when I emailed them, they sent the tracking link. Package was delivered within 2 weeks to the UK - it came from China so expected some delay. I was concerned about it being a scam after the reviews, but have not experienced anything but good service from them.

Scam scam scam

Do not order from this company. Exactly same issue as all the other reviews. They do not send you the product, they just take your money. Customer service replies are you usual generic response, but the item can’t be tracked and does not arrive. Waited nearly 6 weeks and still nothing.

Avoid

They take your money, but never dispatch, when you try and track your order via their site it never even gets to the 'in process' stage and also shows a status of 'not found' - emailing support you just get canned responses blaming the carrier or to wait patiently for status update, I ordered 27 days ago, still no updates to tracking or status, currently have a chargeback in process with my card company.

Do not use this company it’s a scam…

Do not use this company it’s a scam they take money and you don’t receive order I’m still fighting with them they say they don’t know you and when you show them proof of order they know you,still no order fuming is an understatement please do not use them,still no parcel they keep telling me its in transit and they will send another one,so I should be getting eight pairs of socks lol have reported to fraud but not interested Do NOT USE 😡

DO NOT USE THESE SCAMMERS

Only giving one star as I couldn't give none.
Overcharged me for my order then when I questioned it they said I hadn't placed an order even though I had the order confirmation.
Spoke with PayPal who refunded me.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE SCAMMERS

They can improve by going out of…

They can improve by going out of business, avoid at all cost they are scammed, they don't send the goods they tell you is a problem with the carrier, its not ,they don't send them , do not send them money ,this company needs to be investigated and closed down , do not order from them
