Can’t reccomend HeatGlow enough, they’ve done quite a bit of work for us and I pay their monthly fee to service our boiler annually. Brilliant. Lovely guys, trustworthy and reliable.

Heat glow a great company
Heat glow had an easy to use online booking for my boiler service. I could choose from multiple times and dates. The details for the service were easy to understand and the standard price was reasonable. The plumber arrived ontime, was very polite, and completed the job efficiently. Invoice with easy online payment made paying the bill effortless. I would highly reccommend this company.

Excellent service

Very quick to respond to my phone call. Then were with me within 2 hours and did an excellent repair job. They are always my first call in any plumbing and heating crisis - so very reliable

HeatGlow is modern and efficient. From online booking to text/email appointment reminders, onsite visits professionally represented in company van and uniform, right through to being thoroughly equipped and online email/web for invoice, payment, and receipt shows this company is upto date with the modern commercial world.
Kind and friendly engineer that was methodical and great customer facing skills. A very good experience and service from our HeatGlow visit. I would recommend and have no hesitation in reusing them for future needs.

Easy booking system and very good engineer
Online booking process was easy.

Arrived on time
Arrived on time. Professional and courteous as always. Repaired a boiler that hadn't been serviced for ages. Got it all working in half an hour no fuss at a great price. The whole family is using Heatglow now as they're so good. The online booking system is really easy to use too.

Turned up on time or close to it - which was great as I have a busy job with lots of time-focused commitments; Service was great, and subsequently made a number of very useful tweaks to the Boiler's settings to make it run more efficiently and economically and; provided really helpful advice on a range of boiler related issues including changing radiators. All conducted with great professionalism and politeness

Fixed the problem straightaway
We've used HeatGlow a few times and this time, like the others, has been first rate. Identified and fixed the problem on a single visit and within the hour.
We also particularly liked booking a slot online.
