Very poor service, took almost an hour to pick up the car when we flew and 50 minutes after ringing to say we had collected our bags on the way back. They Did not know where to collect car or deliver it to. Do not use this company,

Never use this company, the experience we have had is horrendous. We have received two parking fines for our car while we have been away .

> car park is a tucked away part of a hotel parking - no signs, nothing official looking
> none of the employees wearing any sort of uniform - nothing that is reassuring you'll get your car back at all
> casual bank transfer to a personal account for the £6 drop-off and collection fees - I paid the drop off fee myself also just in case they forgot
> despite ringing as soon as we landed we were left waiting over an hour for the pick up.
> it's hard to see how this is a legitimate operation
> fake reviews on their website - the 4.8 star reviews don't click through to anywhere?

I booked a Meet and Greet service with this company, but what we received was nothing like what was promised.

Shortly before our arrival, we were told to drive to the Holiday Inn instead of being met at Heathrow Airport because no staff were available. We were assured someone would meet us there and take us to Terminal 4 — but nobody showed up.

When we called, we were told to leave our car in Zone C, leave our key on the wheel of their car and take a taxi to the terminal. This felt completely unsafe and unprofessional. It’s certainly not the “Meet and Greet” service we paid for.

We were told we could get a refund if we didn’t agree, and of course we didn’t — this was unacceptable, and we nearly risked missing our flight. We had to use another, more reliable company instead.

Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this company. I recommend to avoid it. I am sad I didn’t check reviews before.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
I used their services and they have damaged my vehicle. No pre or post inspection was done and now they are ghosting me after reporting the the damages caused to my vehicle while in their possession.

If I could give 0 stars I honestly would. BEWARE of hidden drop off fees. They expect you to pay £7.50 each way to drop you off and pick you up. They also want you to drop your keys and if you fail to do so they will charge you an extra £30.

The driver who took us to the airport had absolutely terrible english and I would question how he even got his drivers license. He used not 1 but 2 phones while driving us to the airport. Other customers calling him asking him where he was as he was late, telling them he will be 5 minutes. This happened numerous times as it took us 25 minutes to get to Heathrow. The car itself was absolutely filthy and disgusting, stains all over the seats and a revolting smell, I'd even question if the vehicle was road worthy or insured.

On our return back to the UK I called as the plane landed just as the instructions said, to be told to call back when we were ready with our luggage. We got our luggage and moved to the designated meeting point where told to on the email. Baring in mind it's approaching winter time, my wife and I were sat outside waiting for over 45 minutes at 6 in the evening!! Everytime I called the number listed I was told that he would call the driver and have them call me. I then received a call asking me where I was, when I directed him to where we were as per the email he responded "can you see me flashing my hightlights in your car" The service we had paid for was Park & Ride, At no point would I want anyone from this company driving my vehicle. He handed my key and the ticket that I then had to pay for once again costing £7.50 and walked off into the distance, nobody to pick him up or anything.

I can't express how much to avoid this company. It was a terrible experience from start to finish. I'd rather pay the extra £100 and park with the airport direct and have peace of mind knowing that my car isn't just rammed into a holiday inn car park amongst 50 other cars where It can get scratched or dented. Absolutely disgraceful company.

It’s ran from an illegal migrant hotel. Very dodgy, none of the workers speak English. Pick you up in an old dirty 11 year old car that is definetly not safe to be on the road. Do not use this company o will be reporting it to the relevant people. Heathrow holiday inn

luckily we realised our mistake quickly that this is not affiliated with heathrow and are currently trying to cancel. no reviews seem to exist and several different company names seem to be involved, just too similar to all the other sketchy meet and greet services operating. the Hilton hadn't heard of them, and when I looked it up another scam popped up so I believe they changed their name to avoid consequences. not worth the anxiety- seems predatory to masquerade as official to entice less tech savvy customers.
