The stickers I ordered arrived pretty quickly after I bought them. I mean, they're apparently based not far from me. I ordered only one pack of stickers, and they very kindly gave me 2! And some free stickers on top of that! Also, their customer service responds very promptly and politely. I have had bad customer service experiences with even bigger brands, mind you, so that was nice for a small brand. One time I emailed Whitefox customer service and never heard back, and they're a pretty big company... yeah. I appreciate how I didn't have to wait in a queue like Grubhub customer service. U mean to tell me that they can afford to get big celebrities for commercials, but you have to wait in line for customer service? They can't hire more customer service people? TLDR: Heavensent is great

bad quality

great customer service, but this just isnt worth the money. ordered a hoodie back in october, it arrived within the shipping date but there was a misprint- oh well, mistakes happen, right? i request a refund/a new hoodie and im dealt with amazingly by staff in good time! the next hoodie sent has the same misprint! not to mention thin, uncomfortable material! it is NOT worth the money, these hoodies feel like they were made in sweatshops for £5, yet i spent >£70 on it??
i was sent another hoodie and it was fine, just super disappointing quality.

Extra shipping fee

I received the order but it cost me all my money. People from the Netherlands be aware!! I had extra shipping fees because this brand is from America. I already had extra shipping costs like €20 and still had to pay €30 afterwards…

Quality questionable, scared 2 say so tbh

My affliction bag has had pulled threads and loose studs and I have never used it more than like 20 times, and I'm being grateful. Probably used it less times than that. Too scared to use it again with winter approaching. Love the smaller businesses but get a bit of a touchy vibe based on how they seem to take criticism and suggestions poorly. I still want to purchase from them but I'm really really cautious and gonna keep to more familiar brands 🙃. Too expensive to risk and I'm broke and have to save and be disappointed. Blessings 🙏🏻.

Ordered a necklace

Ordered a necklace, which was said to be delivered on the 22nd of october. It was not, and i checked with all my neighbours as well. I contacted them and they havent responded to my email for a week now. Be careful!!! This is really disappointing as it was supposed fo be a gift for my friend.

SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE- Waiting over 4 months.

Been waiting four months and counting. Same as other reviews my order could not be processed by customs due to an error in the electronic customs declaration, which contained insufficient data. Made wait for the package to return so they can reship.... for months now. Please spend your money elsewhere, at a properly run business that cares about their reputation. No matter what excuses you pull out about couriers being at fault, if someone pays for an order that order should be delivered within a reasonable time frame, simple as. Will never be ordering again

flimsy af, cute but gets 10 minutes of wear.

their jewelry LOOKS cute af but it comes undone soooo easily. for my bday was given “chained bangles” and “mini dream girl hoop earrings”. wore the bangles out for the first time today and i kid you not within 10 minutes of leaving the house one of the bangles was off my arm. the hoop closing thing is also flimsy, ive itched my ear a couple times and its fallen out of my ear twice now. i can deal with the earrings whatever but im so so sad about the bangle. it says on the website that they give repairs but how am i meant to repair something that’s fallen off my arm and i wont ever find again lmfao…. super sad cos LOOKS cute and i’m sure it’s tarnish free but i think making sure the jewelry can actually stay on is one of the most important things :c

wouldn’t purchase again

never again. i’ve ordered from this brand before and i loved the brand so my mom ordered me some hoodies as a birthday gift , she ordered them february 1st it’s now august 26th and the package is nowhere to be found, wasn’t even offered a refund or even store credit to purchase other items the owner just stopped replying and said she couldn’t do anything abt it $170 down the drain for nothing. never ordering from here again which sucked bc this was my favorite small brand basically got scammed , the items i ordered came back in stock and she didn’t even reach out to get it possibly reshipped ruined my birthday basically and lost money so thank you.

I am so sorry to hear that your mom had an issue with her order. Based on the information you provided, I am assuming that this package was lost in transit (and I believe I spoke on the phone with your mom as well). We always do what we can to help track these down, but ultimately if the post office is unable to find the package, we can't do anything about this. It is outlined in our shop policies that we are not responsible for lost packages, and as a small business we simply can't just reship lost items. You've ordered from us before so I am sure you know we are a legitimate business, and a situation like this is out of our scope of responsibility. We cannot provide a refund for items we shipped out, and that would not be fair to expect of us. Your mom went back and forth with customer service for months, and to this day our missing mail search is still open with USPS. We did everything possible on our end to help, but again as I said our hands are tied in this situation. I am happy to offer you a significant discount if you want to repurchase, which is what we offered your mom as well. We have responded to every email she's sent us, and simply have no new information to offer, or we would have followed up. Thanks for understanding, and I am so sorry that the post office has not been able to rectify this situation for her and you. - 10 stars Beware! Read delivery and refund policy

Never received package. I reached out to them, was basically told it was not their problem call the post office. Not customer service friendly. I ordered my package October 29, 2024 to make sure I received before Christmas. Was told it was delivered January 28, 2025. Never received package. I will never order from this website again! Dealing with post office,that is another story. Each are blaming the other. What a headache!
