My hedge trough was easy to order
My hedge trough was easy to order, and when I had to change the delivery date a few days later, there was no problem. The order arrived on time and came in perfect condition.
We have planted the hedge and it looks wonderfully healthy and strong.
I would definitely recommend Hedges Hedges.

Superb quality and customer service.
Firstly, many thanks to Georgina for her excellent level of customer service, which is quite rare and difficult to fine nowadays. Furthermore, delivery service was excellent too. Of course, the Cherry Laurel trees are of superb quality. Hence, I do not hesitate to recommend “Hedges Hedges” to all prospective customers!

From initial enquiry to order and delivery, the service could not be better. The cherry laurel is in every way perfect, and the gentleman who delivered it is a credit to Hedges Hedges; he delivered what can only be described as the gold standard of customer service. I highly recommend this company and shall be purchasing from them again.

Excellent service and quality photinia (red robins)
Very easy to order and delivered on day requested. Our red robins arrived looking very healthy and admired by a passer by. We particularly liked the instruction sheet as of good quality and not just a paper sheet, helpful when you are reading outside and it starts raining. Thoughtful touch. Stupidly, we did not put the bone meal away and we think our dog may have eaten some of it. The good news is she is absolutely ok. Georgina and Travis were just fantastic. We were in a panic and they both responded quickly with information about its contents. Importantly they do not use bone meal with chemical additives, so that was a relief. We are not planning any future purchases just yet, but if we do we will go straight to HedgesHedges. Also, we feel very confident to contact them if we have any queries or issues with our hedging. THANK YOU! Terry

Would have been 5 stars but only part of order arrived and I had to contact you to get remaining order delivered. Has now been delivered.
24 septembre 2026
Not quite 5 star.
The laurel shrubs were mainly very good, apart from one which had a recent ( but not new )area of damage on a main branch.
The pallet that they were delivered on wasn't just past its sell by date but was so rotten that after the driver dropped it off his pallet truck it broke up on the lawn!
But for these two things I would have given 5 stars.

Unfortunately our order got delayed by two days then didn’t arrive that agreed day and was another day late.
The bonemeal was missing from the order and the pots on one side of the pallets were smashed.
The plants themselves look nice and strong.

Good quality plants
Good quality plants. A weeks delay in delivery of plants but sent an extra one plant for the inconvenience caused.
Communication very good.
