Terrible ,appalling and unprofessional…
I received contradictory information about work experience from Hegarty LLP Peterborough, and the staff member I spoke to was rude and abruptly ended the call.Practice manager refused to share compliance team email adress ,so I could log a complaint.Thats says it all!

Always helpful, would recommend
Whilst I didn't want to employ a solicitor, who does, I found Hegarty's to be extremely helpful. At all times my emails to them were answered swiftly. Where necessary, they were happy to call me via telephone if I wanted them to. When I asked for legal terms to be described to me in "laymen's" terms they were very happy to do so and always made it clear every step of the way what was happening with my case.

Professional and reasonable legal experts
We have been working with Andrew Hornsby from Hegarty's for a number of years and would highly recommend his services. We run a construction claims business and use Andrews expertise where we need to elevate matters to court proceedings.
