This company has been absolutely fantastic. I ordered the HD2 desk and unfortunately it had slight damage on it on arrival. The manner in which they addressed the issue (collect the original and send a replacement) was outstanding. Rick and Lewis have been absolutely superb throughout and I can't recommend them enough. Great product and great customer service!

The HD2 desk is excellent - solid and works exactly as intended. Simply Office Furniture's service in answering my questions and delivering the product was brilliant - ordered it one day, delivered the next. Very pleased, thank you!

Excellent quality desk. Very sturdy, well constructed. The "Timber" wood finish looks very nice. It took a while to assemble, but really this is a quality product.

I read a few reviews on here, and the customer service was rating very highly.

I had been looking at a desk/worktop combo that was not an option, so I actually clicked on the 'chat' section and enquired about getting what I wanted. It was Saturday evening at 5:45 when I sent the inquiry, not thinking I would get a response until Monday morning. I got one 5 minutes later, confirming my bespoke order would be fine, just stick it in the comments/notes.

The order was placed the following day, Rick (who responded to me on Saturday evening) messaged to let me know all was well and let me know they would be in touch on Monday with shipping details. As promised, they were.

Delivery was to be Tuesday or Wednesday, that is what I was told initially.

The courier was not going to make Tuesday, so I was informed as such at a reasonably early time. Delivery was the following morning.

My experience was top drawer, beyond expectation on the service. The actual goods were the quality that I expected (high end), so I have only focused on the service, as that is where the credit to this company belongs.

Super customer service. Rick was really helpful on the phone and responding by email. We ordered a Kickster chair which arrived a few days after placing order. Everything went smoothly. Rick also gave us the youtube link to the assembly video. Thanks Rick totally recommended by us!

TLDR: Amazing customer service, installation and desk

The website is easy to use and navigate, though more details could be an improvement (Like if accessories are included in the installation price & more pictures to show the relative size of the draw in comparison to the desk). Companies like Fully provide more in-depth photos on their desks for example. Also, I think the naming of the desks can be confusing initially, you've got the Solis 1 & 2, HD 1. 2, 3, 4, 5 & gravity range, each in different varieties (mini, naturals, raw steel, chrome etc.). Simplifying this would have made my initial research experience better and would probably improve conversion rates.

Customer service is excellent. If you call there is no waiting around and they go the extra mile for you before and after purchase (shoutout to Rick). You'll get off the phone wishing all customer service was like this.

Desk installation was quick and easy (this was a big reason for me purchasing this desk over almost every other brand) Though being able to select if you'd prefer AM or PM would have been a better experience.

HD2 desk is very high quality and works perfectly, you'll see this echoed across other reviews. Make sure you get the 4-way memory controller accessory, it has a significant impact on your desk experience.

If you want a top quality product with first class customer service look no further than Hado desks. This was one of the best experiences I’ve had in purchasing any product. From the moment I put the order in Rick and Lewis were outstanding. The desk arrived on time as promised and the communication from Lewis and Rick was spot on. They made the experience feel very personal. I ordered extra parts by mistake but they were on the case to let me know and to refund part of the payment due to my error. Then they sent and email with all the details to assemble the desk. It was the first time I assembled a product by purely watching YouTube videos. This is definitely the way forward - it made things so much easier than going through pages and pages of an instruction manual (there were all the manuals required in the boxes for those that prefer the traditional approach). The product after assembled - what can I say - it’s amazing, beautiful, exceeding my expectations. I can’t recommend the desks available and the service received. Outstanding job Hado. First class.

Purchased a Solis 2 desk and expected it to take a few days for delivery. Was very surprised to receive an email from Rick letting me know that I would be getting it delivered in 2 days. Unfortunately there was an issue with the courier but the team at HADO were apologetic and kept me informed of progress on a daily basis. Even with the delays, I ordered the desk on Tuesday and had it delivered on the Friday - amazing service.

The desk itself is good quality and the instructions relatively straightforward to follow. In reality it takes less time to build this desk than other flat pack stuff from Ikea.

Having used it for a week I can feel the difference in my back and shoulders and wish I had bought one sooner.

An excellent product. This desk extension sits neatly on top of my existing computer desk and allows me to stand up whilst working on the computer. Easy to operate. This is a really great option after I began having back problems in the past few months.

I got a SOLIS 1 a few weeks ago and after a prompt delivery and a straightforward assembly, it has been giving me great service since. I find it really good to be able to stand for a while for instance whilst on calls.
The desk (very stable) holds two monitors and monitor arms, with laptops as well as other items so all good here in terms of supporting weight. I really like the drawer, deep enough to put smaller items such as a mouse and few pens/documents thus keeping the top clear.

The height adjustment buttons are simple, and importantly, flush with the drawer body and table surround which protects them from inadvertent armchair movements which could otherwise collect them and detach them from the table (I have seen this happen with other products). So great point here.
I was wondering about only having a single motor to adjust the table, but I used it at the very least 6 times a day for the last month and it is smooth and fast, it feels fine and is silent enough. It is electronically managed as you have the height displayed to the nearest millimetre...

All in all a good looking product providing great value.

When I placed an order for the desk, it was processed really quickly and it was delivered as promised. Unfortunately, the courier had been less than careful and had damaged the desktop, even though it was well packed. They were a little naughty and did not draw my attention to the damage, and I think used the social distancing side of things to their advantage (though I really should have checked...)

I emailed Hado, not really expecting much (since I had accepted delivery) and within a very short space of time, was called by Rick who arranged for a replacement to be sent out same day. It arrived in good condition the next day.

I am delighted with the desk and with the service provided by Hado. Would 100% use them again if I buy any more standing desks.

The desk itself is very solid and even at the height that I use it shows little sign of movement. Its operation is quiet and smooth. Altogether, a very good experience.

Next day delivery as promised. Good quality product which was very easy to assemble. Good, clear instructions.

I spent quite a bit of time looking into height adjusting desks. Most of the others were more exy but did look closely at one cheaper.

In the end I went for this quality desk and although it is early days I'm confident that if any issue arose it would sorted as from the boss down the company cares about their products and customer satisfaction.

Purchased a height adjustable desk for a new starter in our office and we were very pleased. Delivery was quick and assembly a breeze. Customer service was great as well. When I placed the order, I accidentally ordered the wrong size. I rang up as soon as I noticed and they were immediately able to correct my mistake without any hassle.
