I've been looking for a quality affordable electric desk for some time and after extensive reviews and research I decided upon the HD2. It's a high quality desk, the movement is smooth and quiet and it looks great.
The service from Rick and the team is great and you get constant communication. It arrived much quicker than expected as well so that was an added bonus.

Took just over an hour to assemble, it's pretty easy, just follow the instructions step by step. It needs 2 people at various points in the process

Due to surgery I struggled with sitting at a normal desk, after much research I called HADO for advise, thanks to Rick I was able to choose the right desk for my needs. This is a fentastic and fabulous product. Usually I check 100 things before buying anything. I spent 3 months in researching the best desk to buy. What I was looking for is a product which suits to my requirement, big desk, strong one. Without speaking to any, I came to conclusion that HADO is the best. Main reason is because these are shipped from UK. To gain some understanding of the product, I used the chat facility at HADO website. Rick, called me multiple times to make sure I understood everything about what I am ordering. He is very nice in explaining all the details to me. One thing is that initially I dont know that I can screw in with just screwdriver. I thought I need a drilling machine. I told Rick that I am unhappy. He was very kind and explained to me properly that drilling machine is not needed. Also he sent another screw driver for me to test it. As I live in Isleworth, I got the shipments quickly. Last but not least, I got 20 pounds worth of castors free of cost and shipment. Rick, Thanks a lot for all this.

After 8 months of usage, I can tell the product is excellent. I bought desk with cable holder. The quality of it is very good. Some times I spread my legs and hit it. I would have hit it 100 times. I rate it 100/100.It is very strong. Regarding motor, I would rate is 90/100 some times it stuck. But over all I am happy. The desktop is perfect. 100/100. The castors are very strong with stopper. 100/100. Over the service and support, 200/100. This is my experience.

This is a lovely desk, the height adjustment is excellent. Being quite short, some desks don't go low enough for me, this one works well for sitting and standing. I also like the look of it, it's very smart and solid, and the timber top is attractive. I personally did need some physical help putting it together, definitely a 2 person job.

I had questions on sizing, colours, delivery and even had problems paying online initially - however at every stage I had excellent customer service at the end of the phone. Rick and the team have made a great impression and were a pleasure to deal with.

Excellent table. Minus one star, because the instructions to assemble everything with the add-ons are very hard to follow. There are multiple different PDFs in the email if you have addons, the boxes come with their own instruction booklets that are different (older?). The video instructions are also different and too fast. I had to rewind replay pause twenty or more times to get the idea what to do next. In the end I made a couple of mistakes assembling the thing, that thankfully were not visible and did not require asking for return.

I have had my desk for a little over 6 months now, and wanted to leave a review after use for others that are interested.

HADO and the staff were fantastic, helpful, and knowledgeable. Spending this amount of money on a desk you want to ensure the company will do as they say, and HADO does just that.

I opted for the HD2, and it is a solid desk. Still flawless in its usage, and absolutely solid and sturdy when it's extended to standing height.

Strongly recommend a standing mat, it does reduce the fatigue in your legs and feet when standing to work. Also recommend the electronic height adjustment that has the memory program. Allows you to dial in exactly what you want for different situations.

Since this purchase I have been back in contact with HADO for more products.

The desk is fantastic and extremely competitive in terms of price, however, what really sets HADO apart is it's customer service. Not often can you say good things about customer service but HADO were exceptional. I got a call to say that my order would be delivered a day later than expected because "it's better than an email" and I've had emails throughout the process to make sure I got what I wanted and am happy with the product. HADO - Please keep this at the heart of what you do as it really sets you apart.

Can totally recommend Rick and HADO. I considered a number of different places for a desk however i definitely made the right choice. I chose the HD1 in walnut and the desk is super quality and looks really neat. Love having the option to stand. Service was great.

Great looking desk, easy to assemble. Is very stable, fast enough and feels solid with good quality, and great look and feel. In terms of service support as well, I can say they have bee great. I had some issue on filling my info online they called me and help me out. In 2 days my desk was delivered. Thanks for that!
