Still like I said the red head did all she could not to approve the loan and yall wasted my time and gas driving that far and I still told my daughter DONT deal with yall and further more the two white girls don't dail my number every again yall suck and that's a fact

An approval to a denied application.
This is a compliance review for Brownsville, TN, regarding the denial of a loan application. I already had an account in good standing with the company. I was told that I had the approval and to supply all the information, just to get a phone call to say it was denied because of old charge-offs. I think it was another reason, and I would like to have it investigated. I am not happy with the decision. The loan officer, Teresa, was very polite and helpful. However, She didn't make the decision. J. Ballard

It took a while to get the paper work done because of new things they are learning but other than that it was a pleasant experience

I have been a customer of 1st Heritage over 20 years and have seen workers and go. The workers which are there now that I am dealing with are nice and friendly. It took a little longer than I participated to get what I needed done, but it was done in a friendly and professional manner, and I was well satisfied.
