Eau Claire branch has a Super Star. Her name is Alicia
I would like to let Heights Finance Corporation know that Alicia at the Eau Claire branch. Has been doing the job of three employees, since I have been dealing with Heights Finance these last few years Alicia is the only person I trust to handle my accounts. She has never made a mistake with my account like others have. She is very courteous, polite, and professional. Corporate of Heights Finance Alicia deserves a lot of recognition, a raise, and a long vacation and it's really about time you have sent her some help.

Terrible service
Terrible service! No communication from Alicia the manager! They won't even answer the phone during normal business hours, and you have to leave a message and hope they call you back. Alicia told me Wednesday morning that she would send my application to corporate in Madison and she should hear back by the end of day.? I never heard anything. Thursday I called about 4 times and left messages. I never heard anything. Christmas was friday and Saturday. Monday I never heard anything until about 12:45 when she finally picked up the phone after calling 4 times all morning and asking politely on the answer machine to call me back and give me a update.She then informed me that I needed more documentation for the loan.i asked her why she couldn't have called me back Wednesday, Thursday, or this morning like she said she would do, so I could arrange to email the documents. I am in construction and was working in another town on Monday. Today is Tuesday and I called about 5 times today with no answer, and I had enough of your not answering the phone and your incompetence. Alicia don't you think that if you communicated with your clients, and answered the phone maybe every other call you wouldn't have people calling you incompetent?? I will seek high interest rate loans elsewhere. I just hate to be strung out and no communication whatsoever!

I’d recommend heights finance to anyone looking to get a quick loan and looking for professionalism and great customer service!!
