Excellent service
Excellent service I want to thank Rebecca for assisting me in my loan she expedited my application quickly and I received my loan the same evening. I also want to thank Gabby, she is the branch manager , in assisting in my loan to be process rapidly . I definitely recommend Heights Finance to everyone if you are in need of a quick loan.

Poor customer service
Updated 11/05/24. I was refunded the amount in question.
They screwed up And took two payments from me this month. Dolores called me Just before five p m On october twenty fifth And my payment Was done over the phone. Monday morning I received notification from my debit card that another payment for the same amount was taken out. That is three days later. I have talked to Both the branch manager and dolores And submit it photos only to be told. I have to send them a bank statement.
Which is not ready for October yet.
And they have no Record Of my october twenty fifth payment. What they did was put me in a financial Bind.
