A friend I stayed with had applied & from the sounds of it Denise Haddick was going above and beyond to make it possible for my friend to get the loan she needed.... So much as to help on a more personal level of remodeling my friends home in which I was staying at too.... & Instead of just be honest with me from both Denise & my friend.I come home from work to an eviction typed up by Denise taped to my door ordering me to get out in 10 days or legal paperwork will take place ... & I wasn't the only friend staying in the home... On the 10th day they showed up blocking the car I was paying payment on from my friend & I wasn't behind on paying it & was demanded to get the rest of the $ paid for the car & Denise started to try to remove my things & take back the car.... Denise Haddick called me a squater. I had to call the police for assistance. I was forced to pay of the car in just a few days & that was breaking the agreement that my friend & I agreed on.... Denise Haddick also told me to apply for a loan to help me get out & pay off the car but I was immediately denied...... The other people staying in the house was given the same eviction as me but nothing was said to them that day & still nothing said to them afterwards......

I applied on line on my lunch break! I did a follow up call the same day about 2 hours later! I spoke with the OM Latoya Steele! Latoya was very professional & eager to help me @ my time of need! Latoya has excellent customer service & very knowledgeable of her job! I was very satisfied with my experience with Latoya! Keep up the good work Latoya(South Holland IL)

No real hassles even though they needed everything but mug shots and fingerprints. They were very thorough and cooperative and friendly throughout. No complaints. Everything went fine.

I recently went to Heights Finance in Baraboo and what an experience. Lori was my lender and she was tremendous in every way. She made the initial phone call comfortable and the experience inside the office was even better. She is polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and explains everything so that I understood the process.
