Besides the fact that I had to wait over 3 weeks to get an answer, when I got the answer, I was told, yes, your loan went through, only to find out they didn't ask the proper questions and then, made me feel like I was the one that was at fault, and even worse, never got a real sincere apology because it was somehow my fault for not bringing to their attention I had a salvage title. If we're using the title as collateral and they know I don't have the title, a simple question of, "is this a salvage title?" would have eliminated this frustration. The drive out there, the check siting on the desk right in front of me, them going out to my van to get the milage; all of those are indicators that I'm getting the loan, only to be told no. Honestly, the whole store gave out this horrible vibe the second I walked in. Stay away from that place

they had everything ready for me when I got there I did have to wait to long I'm happy n greatful for their service thanks just when I needed it .

I have been a client for a number of years. I am with other companies too, but I think Heights has the most compatible terms, as far as payment amounts and ease of getting the loan. Thank you for being so quick, in and out, and thoughtful.

I was late on one payment I called explain the situation that my truck had broke down and had to fix it, I payed the payment it was just a couple weeks late They charged me all kinds of late fees they did not even try to work with me they did not want to hear anything, even though I had called when it was due and let them know.

The services that I received from the staff it was friendly and mind blowing meaning it was great.

Sabrina at the Marietta location was such a pleasure to work with! She was patient and answered all my questions without any pressure. She was thorough and helped me figure out what would be best for me, which was a much better deal than I had initially thought.

I have used height finance that used to be Covington credit for several loans over the years and they have always been very good to me. Even when they had to go through a new system and there was an issue with my loan because of the new system, they worked very hard with the head office to get it to me as quickly as possible. I also appreciate that their interest rates are fair.

they are great people and very friendly and can get about anyone approved and go over everything...i would love to see it go faster then it did for me i started at about 11ish and didnt get everything done until about 430p

My experience was great with Heights Finance. In the beginning Ms. Melissa assisted me with an over the phone application. Her customer service skills were impeccable. She made the process easy to do. To be honest I didn’t think I would qualify but when she told me I was approved, I was ecstatic. Upon arrival my process ended with Ms. April. Very easy to talk to. She was engaged in the conversation, she explained how the installment loans work. I would recommend anyone to choose Heights Finance, even if you feel like you’re not going to be approved. I say, just try it, you might be given the best news in that moment, especially if you’re down to a few pennies to none.

I applied for a loan after receiving an offer from BTO and was approved, but the terms are highly unfavorable. The loan of $1957 demands payments of $585 monthly over 15 months which took my loan back to the original 54 months, this seems excessive. I understand the terms are my responsibility to accept or reject, yet I'm questioning the legitimacy; could this be an instance of predatory lending or fraud on the part of Heights?
