Dear Una, we sincerely apologize for the troubles you're experiencing. We have just sent you an email offering two solutions: (a) fixing the address and trying to deliver again or (b) providing you with a full refund. You'll get the full refund if we don't hear back from you within 48 hrs.
In the meantime, please allow us to share the background: Evri (Hermes) attempted to deliver your parcel on Nov, 2. However, there was an issue with the address. Evri (Hermes) was unable to find your house at the address/ postcode provided. Having investigated this in more detail, we do believe we have been able to identify the exact location where the parcel needs to go and would welcome the opportunity to fix this together with you.

Wonderful to find the good quality Lebkuchen and Spekulatius biscuits that I have not had since a School German Exchange in the 1980s!! Good range of German food not readily available here, with very fast dispatch.
