The products that arrived bore no resemblance at all to the jumpers that shown on the website. The ‘wool’ was synthetic and the patterns and colours obviously generated by some computer or similar. I tried to return them. £13 to China. Now, 4 months later they have reappeared on my doorstep. No response from Helen or Sophie. A scam. Avoid.

Do not order, this is a fake Chinese company, totally AI generate products and photos, the items are insanely poor quality, I would not wear the material it’s made off. RIP off and it’s shocking how they are still a running business.

Hi, I’ve just been scammed. I bought x2 jumpers via an instagram advert I saw, which said wool jumper. It turned up and said 100% polyester on the label. I have requested a return and have been told I have to pay for return postage. I would like to do a bank reversal. However their instagram page has gone (they have deleted the majority of their Facebook page pictures, obviously to get rid of dishonest captions). I am wondering if anybody has a screenshot of their meta advert saying ‘wool’, I definitely read this but can’t find a screenshot that I thought I took at the time (to show my Mum). Can anyone help? what a scam. the products are Chinese-made knock-offs - poor quality, cheap materials and poorly constructed. Outrageous return policy requires shipping back to China at customer's expense. Would have given negative stars if it had ben an option

I agree with the other reviews. After quite a long wait I receved a cheap looking %100 polyester jumper. I hadnt realised that these jumpers were shipped from china. Unfortunately the return includes the customer paying for shipping back to china. I am not sure it wuld be worth the effort so am undecided. I definitely wouldnt recommend buying from this company

Stupidly didn't see the small print about them being in China and didn't read the reviews. Ordered a couple of jackets and they are hideous pieces of rag that look nothing like the pictures. Now jumping through hoops to return.......

A Chinese import - terrible quality. Website a con. Don't be fooled and don't order. Shame I didn't read the reviews before I ordered. Anything cheap is too good to be true!!! And this didn't disappoint. The quality is a shameful bit of tat.

Suggest no one orders from this company. Wrong item sent and no option for a full refund. It's a complete con.

Unfortunately I didn't read the reviews before ordering !!
So after reading I was expecting rubbish (or nothing at all) & it didn't disappoint 😬 it did eventually arrive, the item was absolutely awful 🙄🙄. As someone else has put wrapped in a tiny plastic bag (thought it was a football) then left in the rain- as footballs don't fit through letter boxes!!
It has a very vague similarity to the advert-badly finished, unlined & smelly. A con!!

Zero stars would be my view. I wish I had looked at Trustpilot before buying. A total SCAM and Avast does not allow me to go on to their website now so cannot get return address but as I was not in the UK when I decided to go for one of their sweaters their warning was not there. As I see I am not the only person to have received a small ball of a parcel containing a size S sweater and find that it is 100% polyester not wool plus it is far too large for me I have been hovering over paying the return postage. The item is not actually that bad just not as described or indicated in their sales blurb. I would never have bought it I had I known it was not wool.

Do not buy from the scam company it is a complete lie from start to finish .. they are false advertising that this is a UK company run by a mother and daughter when in fact it's a Chinese company making counterfeit goods ..the items are way below substandard and not as advertised..do not waste your money on this scamming organisation!!!

I ordered 2 hats on the 23rd January and still waiting for them . What a complete waste of time and money as needed them for a trip . I would never use this company again and still wondering if they will ever turn up .

I ordered a tweed jacket, it arrived scrunched up on a tiny plastic bag and was no where near a 12-14 size, and was unlined with no paperwork and it took weeks to get here. (17-3rd) Glad I didn't pay £150 original price! But still £50 in the sale. I think on closer look their models are AI generated I won't be buying from them again.

TOTAL SCAM. Wish I’d read this site before purchasing. Rubbish quality polyester jumper arrived with no labels and just bundled into a messy ball. Have been told I need to pay the return charge to China as many state below.

Please report to the authorities, how they get away with this is criminal. Look at a very similar company online called mabelanddaisy.com, identical content, different mother and daughter pics. Wish there have been some reviews up before I purchased, they refused to accept my bank payment recall meaning a month on I am still out of pocket. Pretend to be all innocent but they are liars and scammers. Refused to cancel my order despite me messaging before it even shipped.

Do not buy from this company. They look like a cosy trustworthy Mother and Daughter team. The sweater I purchased was of very poor quality. Looked like it had been worn before and didn't resemble in any way the colour or pattern I ordered. The website promises a '30 day money back guarantee - shop with confidence if you are not completely satisfied" I am have been told by Helenandsophie that I have to return the sweater to China at my own expense before I have a refund. It is noticeable that the vendors do not give a British address for their operation which puts this website very close to a scam.

Don't buy from this shop the quality is poor to say the least I thought it was coming from there shop but after contacting them it came from China and took weeks to get here . They are a scam .wish I had read the reviews first . BEWARE

Beware of this company I ordered some clothing thinking it was a bona fide mother and daughter small family business. It is a front for a company operating in the US selling very inferior cheap clothing at expensive prices that are sent from China. When my order finally arrived after multiple emails to the company the quality of the clothing did not match its price . Items you wouldn’t look at in on market stall . Inferior quality and shoddily made. If you are able to return the items back to China the postage is very expensive. My mistake was being too trusting. Don’t be fooled by them. AVOID their Facebook and Instagrams profiles at all times.

I ordered a jumper and when it arrived it was far too small and also totally inferior to the jumper pictured on the Helen and Sophie site. I emailed explaining and asked for a refund (as promised on the website) but after two weeks of emails I realised I would never get my money back, and even if I were to return the item to China as told to do there would be another barrier put up. A total waste of time and money by a cynical trader who has no intention of providing a decent service. In the end I accepted a 30% refund and gave the jumper to the charity shop.
