Vishnu was brilliant! Explained everything from the beginning and never pushed. He provided a great deal of information to make my own decisions. Eventually I ended up with a great energy system (solar and Tesla Powewall 3). His response time to my queries was excellent and you won’t see this nowadays. Humble and super cool guy. Heliosx Limited did an excellent job installing our Powerwall 3 with extension pack and 30 solar panels. Vish was professional from start to finish, always available to answer queries, and supervised each section of the project closely. He was genuinely helpful and made sure we were comfortable using the app/settings, and followed up to ensure everything was performing as it should. I received detailed and factual description of the solar installation and what I could expect . I had to change the date of installation and the request was accomodated . Installation was completed in a day and was flawless. What I appreciated most was the setup of the app and controls which was done the same evening. The system was up and running within an hour. We had a large number of solar panels installed, as well as batteries, in July 2025,in Nottingham, from Helios Ltd. Vish explained everything in easy to understand english .All the equipment used is top quality. At the start of the process, the scaffolding was erected, then the next day came the solar panel installation team ,and then a couple of days later, the electrician arrived to put everything together. Everything went seamlessly, and Vish was available at all times, to answer your questions. I had two other quotes, and Heliox was way cheaper than the other companies,for the same job. I am very happy with the job ,and highly recommend Heliox.Vish made the whole process very easy.
