Movers were friendly, fast and did a great job, taking good care of my things.

I didn’t originally hire Helix Moving & Storage—they were contracted by another company I had hired. At first, I was frustrated by the change. But in hindsight, it turned out to be a blessing in disguise.

Working with Helix was an absolute breeze. Their team kept me informed every step of the way, consistently communicating updates and changes so I never felt out of the loop—completely unlike the company I initially hired.

The movers were prompt, professional, courteous, and genuinely pleasant to work with. My only regret is not having hired Helix directly in the first place. I definitely will next time.

A rouge mover in Tempe AZ not licensed is using this company's name. The Maryland company has good reviews. The rogue mover did $300,000 damage to my building and all calls go to U Haul. This Helix doesn't have anything to do with the fraud.

Daniel and Carlos were great! They were on time! They made sure I was fully packed and they were nice to my dog. He’s a pitbull so that’s really important to me because he loves people so much! Daniel and Carlos helped me situate the furniture and overall made this process as less stressful as possible. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

We hired Helix to move furniture from New Hampshire to Massachusetts. It was not an easy move as we were breaking up a family estate. Our movers were timely, efficient and extremely personable. They put my fastidious husband at ease immediately so that he was able to do last minute tasks at the house without interruption. They arrived in Massachusetts and happily delivered furniture to the appointed rooms. It was a bad traffic day but that didn’t dampen their spirits or prevent them from giving excellent service. Hats off to Helix for having such knowledgeable and dedicated employees!

Daniel, Rolando and Nelson are awesome movers! Let’s start off with the good morning call informing us they were on their way! They showed up early and were ready to move! They packed up our 3 story townhouse in less than the time we expected and handled our items with care! When I tell you, these guys can move, these guys can move! We are over satisfied with their work and professionalism!

Mike and George came right on time and explained everything up front again. It was precisely what was explained to me when I called. The best thing it didn’t cost me an arm or leg. The guys were on time, very polite and efficient. They even helped me pack some of my remaining things and carefully wrapped my sensitive furniture. Overall the move was very quick and easy!
