one of the most frustrating service experiences I have ever had. I booked their service because the website advertised professional cleaners, a 100% Happiness Guarantee, and reliable customer support. Unfortunately, my experience was the complete opposite.The cleaning quality was far below what was promised. Several areas that should have been cleaned were either missed entirely or only cleaned superficially. It felt like the job was rushed despite paying for a professional service. I expected a thorough clean but instead had to spend my own time cleaning up after the cleaners left.The biggest problem started after I reported the issues. Customer service became extremely difficult to reach. My calls were not answered, my emails went unanswered, and my messages received little or no response. Once payment had been taken, I felt completely ignored.I also believe the way my complaint was handled was unacceptable. Rather than providing a fair solution for the poor service, deductions were made and I was not given what I believe was an appropriate refund for the service that was not delivered as promised. The advertised satisfaction guarantee did not match my experience.The biggest red flags for me were poor communication after payment, failure to properly resolve legitimate complaints, difficulty obtaining a refund, and a service that did not match the quality advertised. These are all warning signs that made me lose confidence in the company.In my opinion, the marketing and guarantees created expectations that were not met in practice. I would encourage anyone considering this company to read both the positive and negative reviews carefully before making a decision and to keep detailed records of all communications and payments if they choose to book.Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend Hellamaid. I will not be using this company again.

My calls were not answered, and my emails and messages went unanswered.To make matters worse, they deducted money while failing to deliver the service I paid for and refused to provide a fair refund. The advertised satisfaction guarantee did not reflect my experience at all.Based on what happened to me, I strongly recommend that potential customers think carefully before booking. If something goes wrong, you may find yourself struggling to get a response or a fair resolution. I would not use this company again and cannot recommend it based on my experience.If you genuinely believe you were intentionally deceived, you can say, "In my opinion, my experience felt deceptive," rather than stating as fact that the company is a scam. That keeps the review focused on your own experience while remaining credible.

Great experience with Hellamaid! The booking process was simple, the cleaner arrived on time, and the quality of the cleaning exceeded my expectations. Everything was spotless, and the attention to detail really stood out. Friendly, professional service from start to finish. I’d definitely use them again and would happily recommend them to others.

Booked a 5-hour spring clean and Ingrid was a powerhouse. Baseboards, window tracks, behind the fridge... she got it all. Money well spent.
Grace was very professional and detailed. She missed one small spot on the mirror but immediately fixed it with a smile when I pointed it out. Will use again.
Our master shower had some serious grout issues and Nadia somehow got it completely white again. I don't know what magic she used but I'm thrilled. Great company to deal with.

Booked Hellamaid 3 weeks in advance to do a move-out cleaning. They contacted me 1.5 days before my scheduled appointment to tell me they had rescheduled my appointment for the following month because they had no cleaners available. This obviously would not work because the cleaning needs to be done before the move-out date, hence why I booked the move-out service, and why I booked 3 weeks in advance.
I called their customer service line. The agent was barely audible. After asking several times to be transferred to another agent with a clearer line, I was told that they only have one customer service agent. After asking to speak to the supervisor, I was sent to a voicemail box. I never received a callback.

I am very particular about my kitchen counters and Priya blew me away. She moved every single appliance to wipe underneath them, which most cleaners skip. The booking process with the office was also seamless. Excellent service all around.
Sarah did a fantastic job with our move-out clean! She managed to get the oven looking brand new, which I thought was impossible. Super polite and didn't mind our loud barking dog either. Will absolutely request her again.
Abir worked quickly and efficiently getting a lot done in 3 hours with fantastic results. I would recommend this company as they are easy and friendly to work with. Help scheduling and making changes is a quick call with friendly people to help .
Hellamaid is selling a "trusted brand" image to franchisees that doesn't hold up to scrutiny. They have numerous suspicious reviews across their Google maps listings. Using artificial social proof to lure in investors is deceptive. Do your own research before buying into this "reputation."
