Shocking experience. Paid £230 for an end of tenancy clean 1 bed flat. Cleaners turned up 20 mins late, not am issue. An hour and 20 minutes later they told me they were done. I was so shocked- my normal cleaner takes longer than that! When I got home I realised why- it didn’t look like they touched it. Surfaces still had food marks on them, floor still dusty, not hoovered under the bed, and couldn’t see they had done any of the windows I had paid to be be done (internally and externally) In the meantime the estate agent is asking me when the cleaners are coming back because “it doesn’t look like they’ve touched this”

I called up to complain. Michael sent me the complaints form like it was a standard procedure he does everyday.I asked for a re clean. Was told they are investigating and will get back to me. I rang up for an update. He told me they were trying to arrange it with the cleaner. I explained I had new tenants coming in in 2 days so need to know if his cleaners will be doing it or not so I can make alternative arrangements. I was told to email my request (even though this had all already been done through the complaints process )

I got no response from them about a reclean despite being clear about my time requirements. I had no option but to pay another company to do the work.

From the moment the team arrived 35 minutes late I was told over and over again that the place was filthy, was below standard, that the kitchen was very greasy etc etc. despite my saying on a number of occasions that I have been ill and couldn't clean.
The cleaning itself was good, but I was left feeling angry, ashamed and belittled by both the team on site and the people on the phone.

This is a scam company. I looked at deep cleaning companies on line and Hello cleaning services was comparable in price to others, however I could get an early appointment through their online booking system and that is why I chose and booked with them. You have to pay the full amount at the time of booking. Having made the payment and booking I get a call to say they could not fulfil that date, so reluctantly I rearranged. The cleaner was 1 1/2 hours late for that appointment.
I paid £162.00 for a deep clean of my mother’s small living room and bedroom, so it would be clean upon her return from hospital. The rooms were very dusty. I expected a professional cleaner(s) to arrive with equipment to undertake the task. A lady with a hoover in a bag for life and a feather duster was what I received. This lady could not speak English so we could not communicate. I hoped she knew what she was doing. One hour and three quarters later she was finished. I immediately pointed to areas that were clearly untouched. She was not happy and had a very loud vocal call to her manager. I spoke to her manager who blamed me for the dusty condition of the rooms. I explained I had booked a deep clean not a general dusting, she told me to take it up with the boys in London!.The floors are laminated and they were not washed and things still very dusty.I expected a 4-6 hours cleaning appointment paid more than £80.00 per hour for something I could have done better myself.

Team Yamba came and deep cleaned our washing machine from a mould buildup that we did not manage to remove ourselves. Very friendly service and went an extra mile to try and help us, so far as to come again with more tools and harsher chemicals for no extra cost when the problem was not solved on the first visit.

We discovered however that our machine needed to be replaced in between the visits and so didn't need them to come in again.

I would recommend based on our experience.

Paid £230 for a deep clean, but received nothing of the kind. I paid extra for my oven, hob, extractor and windows to be cleaned, but my empty flat was left dirty and damaged. The two ‘cleaners’ turned up thirty minutes late and might as well not have bothered turning up at all.
Then spent weeks pointlessly arguing with the office through emails.
Avoid this company, they are scam artists and conmen. Positive reviews here have to be written by the company because the only service these scammers provide is to raise blood pressure levels.

I paid £400 for a post builders clean. When I went in after I couldn't tell they had been in at all. The toilets had been cleaned, but nothing else. The whole house was still covered in dust, skirtings, worktops, windowsills hadn't been touched, and they hadn't hoovered any floors. The sinks had dusty grime wiped around but weren't actually clean. I had told the cleaners where to pick up a key outside the property, and a week after someone went in using the key and stole all the tools from the property. I can't prove it was them but very suspicious. The company has not given me any money back. Do not use.

Waste of time! We paid for a deep clean not a spring dusting.
When arriving at the door and hour late I was met by 3 men who after entering my house stated they couldn't start untill I had paid. After doing so the 3 bed house was apparently 'deep cleaned' in under 2 hours! When looking closer they had done no such thing we have around 200 images of remaining dust, diet, grime, and hair. Would only recommend these service to people I wanted to have a bad day!

Used Hello Cleaners for a deep clean and they sent Jahquan & Saviola, couldn't fault the team, they were very professional and done a fantastic Job, cant recommend the two guys enough. Would definitely use the service again and ask for the same team

Wish I hadn't. Cleaners were running late, and had actually said they couldn't do the deep clean that day via text. That was no use to me since I was only visiting the property and live miles away. Called Hello Services (that was a challenge in itself) to be told that I would have to pay 30% cancellation charge - this after they had cancelled. They countered by saying they would send another team of cleaners.
In actual fact the "orginal" cleaners turned up and did the job. Since it was now getting dark I had to purchase light bulbs (Tenants, God love 'em). To be fair they did a reasonable job under the circumstances, but it did mean I had to spend another night sleeping on the floor rather than heading home as planned. No England/Wals match for me. Hello Services promised a 5% discount. Never seen that, nor a response to my original review from their Satisfaction survey, which claimed their Customer Service team would be in touch.
Frightful Service, and I would suggest you look very hard at alternatives to this bunch.
Cleaners were OK, but the organisation which manages them are a shower in my personal view. Not great value, either. I could have had this done by a local (franchise) for less.

Sent photos of the property, paid £300 in advance for a deep clean of 1-bed flat. Three people turned up, walked around, and refused to clean anything because it's too dirty. Wouldn't even hoover the floors, which I cleared before they arrived. Then tried to get another £300 to come back day after. Office tried to give partial refund, blaming us somehow? Wasted day and hassle.

They’ve done a beautiful job! We booked an End of Tenancy clean, three members of staff arrived and were done before an hour an a half! And they left the place pristine. Thank you so much.

I booked a deep clean which cost me £242. The 2 cleaners were nice however the cleaning was no way a deep clean. We found stains in our hallway bedroom and kitchen floors. One of the cleaners allegedly deep-cleaned our sitting room in 10 minutes. In my opinion my flat should be gleaming it certainly isn't. My partner and I struggle with various aches and pains and I broke my leg on May so I am unable to do much so thought booking a deep clean would be worthwhile but no it wasn't we couldn't smell any cleaning products at all. Very disappointed and upset.

Rob and his team were absolutely fantastic at our property today!
They were very professional and did a great job. They did everything we expected and more. We have sash windows which and the frames were filthy, these are now white and grime free. No more cobwebs anywhere!
The oven sparkles it’s that clean.
The team were friendly, polite and great with our dog too!
I couldn’t reccomend them any more!

They take money from elderly people on a weekly basis and then dont provide the service. Then make it very difficult for them to get a refund. Run a mile. They have taken £150 from my grandparents in thenlast month and provided no service at all.
