Doesn’t like the apple air phone keeps losing the blue tooth connection even though phone is right next to me

Using Lingo gives a great view of the impact of different meals or drinks on glucose levels. Useful to see the impact of exercise.

Great product providing great insights into how diet, exercise and sleep affect your blood sugar level.
Excellent customer service too.

The data were great and helpful but the devices kept on either stop working suddenly or falling....

Very interesting insights on how my body deals with food. Allows me to make informed changes - and not kid myself!!

Using a CGM has been a genuinely eye‑opening experience. Easy to apply. It gave me real‑time insight into how different foods affect my blood sugar, and I was surprised by how quickly certain meals caused spikes. Being able to see those patterns helped me make better choices and understand my body in a way that traditional testing never quite offered.

I also learned how much exercise matters — even a short walk made a noticeable difference in reducing post‑meal spikes. That immediate feedback was incredibly motivating and helped me build healthier habits.

My only challenge is affordability. It’s a very helpful tool, but continuous use is expensive. I was only able to afford two sessions, and I wish the pricing made long‑term monitoring more accessible for more people.

Overall, it’s a handy, insightful product that can genuinely support better health decisions. With more affordable options, it could help even more people understand and manage their blood sugar effectively.

The sensor is easy to pair with youre phone or tablet,the sensor works well at reading youre blood glucose? But for me thats where it ends? App basic and I couldn't get it to show me previous days readings?
But my main criticism is if you have a physical job like me forget it!! first sensor lasted 10 days found it in bed second 7 days and fell off at work and for £120 a month that is poor!
I think if youre sat at a desk or arranging flowers you will be fine.

Works well and is useful in seeing what foods cause blood glucose to rise and fall rapidly.I think you need to talk to your GP to fully understand the results as it's possible Lingo over emphasise the harmful effects of glucose spikes.However overall I found it a really good and effective weight loss tool

I don't have diabetes but like to keep track of my health + more prone to type 2 diabetes in the future (was diagnosed with gestational diabetes during my pregnancy) so it is great to have a device where you can see your blood sugar in real time.

PS: I am scared of needles but it is crazy how I haven't felt anything during the setup! A big yes for me then!

I just love Lingo! I bought two sensors and had a good understanding of my blood glucose levels and what food makes glucose level spike and how my body reacts towards food. I am trying to lose weight, and Lingo was a great tool to help me understand my body. Today my second biosensor expired and I feel like I’d want to buy another month supply. Really recommend 👍🏻

The app is excellent and gives very useful extra information like tracking of food and exercise. The sensor is easy yo use and very easy to use the app to track blood glucose. Well worth the money to see what is happening on a daily basis to your blood glucose levels

Great app. Worked well, with just a few times when I had to pair it again with the sensor. It gave me an informative guide to how I could keep my blood glucose in balance.

Instructions to apply sensor straight forward. Data and analysis was great. Hints, prompts and advice spot on, not intrusive at all.
Only issue, trying to reorder throws an error on my account. Will try and reset.

Brilliant equipment that really helps you manage your levels and see what foods are good and bad

A useful tool to help with food and exercise choices but let down by consistently losing its signal even though the location and distance hadn’t changed.

Product is good. Service is Diabolical. Customer service is somehow even worse.

Contacted customer services as I was unable to renew my order. Took days to sort out. Then somehow TWO duplicate orders appear in my name and I'm billed for an additional £100 that I cannot afford.

Queue the world's slowest, maybe one email per day that rectified nothing, customer service to inform me that I had somehow placed two orders because the same email is somehow registered twice, when I didn't even get to place one order.

I'm now told that they will (eventually) issue a returns label and I'll be refunded 14 days after it has been returned.

Awful, shoddy and slow service. Go with a different company. I will not be using again.

I purchased 2 sensors but ended up getting numerous free ones as the sensors kept failing. The success rate was 1 in 5 and caused so much frustration because I would be doing a 5 day challenge. The sensor would randomly stop then there would be a break before phoning customer service and receiving a new one. I would not recommend as the sensors are too unreliable. After many complaints to Lingo they offered no compensation or refund. Really disappointing. How can 1 work beautifully and other randomly stop after a couple of days?
