The website was a little slow to respond but good help from video chat. Doctor Olsen was a bit intense. A lot of tradition MD bashing but can understand. Just would have been nice to do without while getting advice.

Relatively easy online process to obtain a statement from a medical doctor for nedical use of marijuana. The physician did go over my medical history with me and discussed the contraindications and perhaps side effects. Very professional

The service itself is fast and I got what I came for. However, I feel some changes could be made: 1) do not allow customers to make a purchase when a doctor is not available (outside of business hours), and 2) make it easier to use your chosen video chat app (maybe have an option to use Skype or a regular phone line). When I was taken through the process of downloading the chat app and signing up for a new account (forcing customers to sign up for an additional account is in and of itself not a great practice), the "sign up" button did not do anything, even after I turned off my popup blocker, reloaded, turned off adblocker software, etc. I had to sign up with my Google account, which was fine...but this hiccup made me think I would have to call my credit card company and dispute the charge of $59 on the grounds of being unable to use your services.

What an incredibly easy and helpful process. I’ll be honest; I wasn’t 100% sure about this way of acquiring my medical card but Dr. Richard Kim was amazing...he was genuinely interested in my current health situation and really took the time to make sure my concerns were addressed and my needs met.
He took extra time to explain the differences between products and completely educate me in a simple and quick manner. I am very appreciative of his help and this service. I highly recommend this company.
