It was fast and convenient, it felt like going to the doctors but a lot quicker. I'm glad that there are services such as this for people to get their medicine.

Dr. Richard Kim was very prompt when I contacted HelloMd, he was very attentive and provided his services professionally and resolved my need within just a few minutes. I would highly recommend this service to anyone.

I wrote a review before and somehow it got deleted so if this posts twice then... forgive me. I had a pleasant experience with the doctor, particularly because they referred to me by my preferred name as specified in my description of my condition. This brings me to the crux of my problem with your application process, which seems to be a purely technological one. The application does not differentiate between assigned sex and gender. I am transgender, so all of my legal documents list my assigned sex. The lack of options forced me to label myself as the wrong gender, and to fix that I had to mention my actual gender, pronouns, and preferred name in a field that was not intended for that purpose. All ya'll need to do is make some minor changes to your application that would allow people to select assigned sex and gender as separate responses and include a field for preferred name. I know it seems like all I am doing is complaining, but I truly did appreciate the quality of the services I received. I just have a goal to make things more inclusive and comfortable for all patients in the future :)

We will see if u keep this posted. HellMD. Oops i mean helloMD. Took my money out my account on 3/30/18. They thank me for being a sucker. And would not respond to me for 4our days. I begged them on e-mail to please call me. Or e-mail me, so i can speak to an online Doctor. They refused to call me or e-mail me. So on 4/2/18. I wrote. Your company is treating me like a dope feen. Why should i have to go on the streets in order to get my medical medicine? This is some sort of Malpractice. Within 5ive minutes some Bart Fart oops i mean Bart smart had some gal call me, and connected me on line to some wack Doctor. His house was a mess in the back ground, kids screaming in the back ground, i could not even understand the damn questions. It added to my stress. Finally we got through the torturing conference. Days later Crying Ryan from Hell MD. E-mailed me, and said because of my anger & complaints twards their negligence & behavior, they are gonna turn off my cannabis card. ( Cold Cancel It)
My response was " Booo Whooo, please Mr.mann, please dont pull the plug on me.
I is sooo sorry for expressing yo fraud and yo contempt towards me. Eyezz so sorry,
crying Ryan & Bart Fart; For yall treating me as ah dope feen. Instead of ah cannabis patient. I report yall to Better Business Bureau,
OK?? And i take yo punk assets to court and get my 7500 for Emotional Stress, Breach of Contract, And for Malpractice.

Omg...these people are awesome...got everything taken care of online and the staff and doctor are fantastic. If you are doubting this site...don't! I promise you I was not trusting at first, but everything was very professional and made my first time experience the best and I will be coming back.😀👍👍

Worst experience of my life Doctor refused to listen kept saying I was calling for insomnia when I wasn't. Dr. Richard Kim does not care to actually listen and comprehend what you are saying. He totally disregards what you have to say and makes up his own tall tale. I would never recommend this service to anyone. UNPROFESSIONAL.

so helpful, so quick and easy - i talked to dr. olson and she was super helpful giving me specific strains and ideas to help with my migraines even telling me about a book for me to better understand what causes mine - couldn't be happier definitely recommending to friends

Great easy access to a a medical recommendation. I am referring them to a friend as I write this.

These people are excellent, They know exactly what they are doing. They may charge a little more than other sites, but as the saying goes, you get what you pay for.

The process is well organized, and takes just a few minutes. I was renewing my card for another year, and the physician I spoke with gave me some interesting insight about the use of CBD. HIghly recommended.

Dr. Sharon Olson was very informative and helpful in this process. i felt safe in talking to her about my condition.
