As a customer that has been with them for quite some time I wouldn't say forever but my overall experience of the last year with these guys has to be one of the worst experiences I've ever had nothing but dramas always problems stresses me out really honest they're weed is crap always problems yes the girls always sticks it but at the end of the day they say carefree problem treatment all I've had is problems after problems that stress me out you know what I say let's all fight to decriminalise cannabis so we can grow our own instead of paying these government grubs money

Great initially, but rigid return policies on bulk orders let me down

I now need to switch away from HelloMello after an experience that highlighted a significant flaw in their policies regarding bulk orders.

To be fair, my initial experience with them was positive, and the first batch of medication I received worked very well. Based on that trust, and to prepare for the holiday period, I ordered a repeat bulk supply (valued at ~$500) well in advance of running out.

Because I was stocking up, I didn't open the new batch immediately. When I eventually did, I found the effects were inconsistent with my previous batch; instead of aiding sleep, I personally found this batch made me feel wired and unable to sleep.

When I contacted support, they were polite but ultimately unhelpful regarding the $500 wasted product. Because I had ordered in advance, I was outside their 14-day window for dispensary issues. They offered to waive consultation fees, but as I explained to them, the issue wasn't the consultation cost - it was being stuck with a large quantity of product that, in my experience, did not work as intended.

If you use this service, I strictly advise against ordering in bulk or stocking up in advance. If you do not test your medication within 14 days of delivery, you have zero recourse if the batch is inconsistent or ineffective.

Unprofessional, uncaring

These guys are pretty unprofessional. Late to call 100% of the time, even if you've paid money to reserve a specific time slot. Brought this to their attention and they were very apathetic and unapologetic. Late is late, no mater what your excuse is. They said they sent me an email saying that they reserve the right to be late. Not OK when I've paid for the time.
Also slow delivery and more expensive than the dispensary.

I wish I had heard of Hello Mellow along time ago because suffered from survered Epilepsy since I was 23 I'm now 48. My siezers have improved and myself confidence is growing everyday

I'm 48 and suffered from survere Epilepsy for over 26 year's. Since I've joined up with Hello Mellow, my doctor and I are starting to notice a huge improvement with my siezers but the best of all is I can feel my myself confidence growing. The one negative thing I will say is, sometimes they don't reply to you even when you have a consultation booking. Dr Ellen Lowery and the team of doctors, the entire staff. My orders always arrive, I've only tried a couple of strains, impressed with them. Don't believe any negative reviews because they have always been Great doctors actually think and care about your health.

Been waiting a month for a script to be sent. Tried calling but they are always busy and cut the call after five minutes. Total scam. The 'doctor' Michelle instantly treated me like a druggie and started talking about people stock piling weed?!?! So she would only prescribe me two months worth even tho the last script lasted me twice as long as it should.
This place needs to be investigated and I plan on starting the reporting process now. Save your time and energy because they just want your money
Also incredibly overpriced.

6 months later and they still cant get it right.

6 months with these scammers and they dont ship on time, dont attend multiple appointments in a row with zero notice/warning/reason. They dont apologise, they constantly change your dosing between scripts despite no communicate or mention of doing so. These people just do whatever they want and take whatever they can. Its now been 6 appointments and over 6 months of trying to get them to fix literally any of the problems theyve caused and all theyve managed to do is make my physical and mental health worse by causing me to go multiple days at a time without medication due to improper shipping, improper scripting, general admin errors, and the list goes on. These people actually need to be investigated by authorities as they are scammers and see this business as selling drugs and not as selling life-saving medication. These people have zero interest in improving health, just taking you money. They dont even provide you a card to prove you are prescribed, they literally just sell their product as a drug and treat you as a drug-user. Beware, and stay away.

Happy customer

I have found the team at Hello Mello to be easy to communicate with and the doctors guidance has been most helpful in choosing the product suitable for my issues. Delivery of product was very prompt.

Poisoned Twice & Scripts Not Written

I told Hello Mello's Doctor that I had ANAPHYLACTIC ALLERGIES. This was not written on my first script as it is a food allergy, but that food was actually used in their oil and my first script started an Anaphylactic reaction. Notes were put all over my file but a few repeats later my oil was sent out again with it. All wend will for a while but now my script was not written by the doctor and 11 days later I contacted Hello Mello and they were looking into it. I will not that this script is NOT THC at all. It is now 16 days after talking with the doctor and 5 days after contacting them to find out what is happening and I have still not had a reply. I fail to see how a company that is so bad at doing their job can be permitted to write scripts for THC.
I was paying $200 for 200ml of CBD with Terpenes and been on it for 2 years and no problems, I use almost no THC at all, and the doctor changed my CBD to another one that was meant to be cheaper but had written NO TERPENES on the script after I had told them that the Terpenes helped a lot with my back! Then The doctor changed the script to WITH TERPENES but did not put an amount of terpenes to have in the compounded oil. When I called the chemist to ask how much terpenes would be in my script the person on the phone told me I don't know I guess it would be the same as the other one! THIS IS A MEDICATION THAT IS CONTROLLED HOW CAN YOU NOT KNOW HOW MUCH YOU ARE GOING TO PUT IN IT!
So after so many stuff ups I have now left Hello Mello.
Note I use CBD Isolate this does not get you high at all it is only for pain. In more than 12 months I have only used 1 THC script as I do not like the feeling of being high. I use THC only when my back is very very bad and I can not sleep, every 2-3 months.

Arranged an appointment with me and sent me about 4 reminders about it and then literally just never called or emailed to apologize. It’s now about a week after supposed appointment and still nothing. This clinic is comical as best. But mostly useless.

Very disappointed with this company

Very disappointed with this company. They discharged me, without even the decency to consult with me. I was due to have a consultation with a practitioner at 10 am last week. I waited, but there was no phone call. The next morning I received an email. The email from Kate, clinical manager. It stated that due to "new information" they were discharging me from their system. This read like I was a deceptive person. How unprofessional not to even discuss issues with the client. They stated that recent Liver and kidney tests were abnormal. I have not had any recent liver or kidney tests. I suffer from severe arthritis, for three years I was taking Lyrica, Cannabis allowed me to get off that drug. Now, just before Christmas this company has made up stories to justify kicking me out. I sent a complaint to the TGA however they have contacted me and said I should contact AHPRA which I will do. This bureaucratic nonsense about supplying a relatively harmless herbal treatment needs to end. It is time the Australian government stopped treating it's citizens like they are stupid. The massive bureaucracy surrounding the legalised dealing of Cannabis with companies like this Hello Mello needs to end. I will complain to AHPRA I will also contact media oulets. Judging by other reviews of this company they should be stopped from accessing peoples medical records as they are not capable of understanding them. In my case I believe this was an ageist decision, as I am 74 and should just suffer in silence.

Horrible customer service

I have been with hello Mello for 4-5 months..not one script has turned up on time. Got discharged with not warning and no access to my last script u til I could find another company. Kate was very rude and when I reminded her that it is addictive medicine and pulling it off clients with out the human compassion or decency of letting them fill thier last script and sending them into withdrawal is completely irresponsible and a petty way to get back at someone for complaining. Ellen who had always been nice all of a sudden turned nasty and would not allow me to have my phone appointment that was booked for a few days to discuss why. Just see you later glad to see you suffer attitude. They were very happy to take my money before that. I thought it was just me but spent a couple days researching and they have the most negative feedback than any other company.
I have since found another company who were completely compassionate to my situation and worked double time to get me my appointment and medications so fast. Will never trust this company again and now feel terrible to all the people who have suffered the same way I have and been dismissed harshly and without adequate reason. Also everytime my medication was late they blamed dukasa or Bayswater pharmacy for the mess up. Commonsense would have to apply here somewhere….if the pharmaceutical companies they use are not professional and they make horrible comments about why keep using them?
Clearly the issue is with hello Mello and not the pharmacy

Say No to using Hello Mello

100 percent truthful here .

I am compelled to share my disappointing experience with Hello Mello, a company that I believe prioritises profits over patient care and well-being. After two years of engagement with them, I have witnessed a consistent lack of compassion and transparency.

Key concerns and issues:

- Misleading online questionnaire: The company's online questionnaire is allegedly used to discharge patients who provide feedback that may negatively impact their reputation. The day after I did it they pressured me, saying I was abusing the system. But I had not. They are.

- well below average products and storage conditions: Hello Mello's partner pharmacy sends out products in extreme temperatures, which can destroy the product's effectiveness and quality. They don't care either.
They have no solution to keeping it in perfect condition.

- Lack of accountability and poor customer service: The company fails to address customer concerns, blaming patients for issues that arise from their own negligence.

- Unprofessional behavior and dishonesty: I have experienced dishonesty and unprofessional behavior from Hello Mello's representatives, including Monica.

- Financial discrepancies: I am still owed a refund of $75, which the company has refused to provide.

- Risk of receiving incorrect or missing medication: There is a risk of receiving incorrect or missing medication, which can have serious consequences for patients.

I strongly advise caution when dealing with Hello Mello and recommend exploring alternative options, such as Dispensd. It is essential to prioritize patient care and well-being over profits.

********************************************
Do not do the online questionnaire,

********************************************
they say nothing will come from it.

I can tell you the questionaire is a way for them to discharge you like a piece of crap ,
I hope APHRA sort them out. .

I know they are not doing well.
Because they let their partner pharmacy send out crap products and in hot extreme conditions and they don't care at all.

They say on big stickers on the box "Keep the product at or under 25deg."
But the postal van was baking hot and the postal guy said it had been in the car all day at 50-70 degrees.

Becareful they don't send you an empty box with no medcication in them.
It's an expensive empty box you'll pay for.
Video tape all opening of your products/deliveries from these people esp dukasa pharmacy. I know.

Waste of time as all you is wait

Waste of time as all you is wait, pay for your prescription then wait 6-8 days...can only fill a script of 10g every 8 days so this means you go days without medication and they blame the pharmacy and say they can't do anything about it, don't use this company they don't want to resolve anything just want to take your money and leave you waiting!

They have the reserved right to…

They have the reserved right to discharge you at any time and with no explanation. The treating GP who signed me up, Nissar Patel, knew he savagely messed up, and refused communication with me directly, instead referring everything to Clinic Manager Kate.
Realising their error, they tried to blame my psychiatrist, all while encouraging me to keep seeing her, accept a lower quality product in exchange for more money, or "we can just discharge you now".
I would tell you to run. They may seem cheaper and all helpful, but when they screw up, it's your fault.
I've since found out multiple lawsuits had been filed with these guys, and a couple others, due to allegedly prescribing very potent vape carts to folks that had no business smoking them, thus resulting in the knee jerk reaction a lot of patients are encountering.

A total sham. This company is run by complete imbeciles who don’t care about the chronically ill.

I filled out the online form and made an appointment for last Monday, 6th May. After that I sent them an email notifying them of my need to use the National Relay Service (NRS) for the phone appointment, and gave them instructions and an information sheet. I got a reply saying they would let Ellen know and it wouldn’t be a problem. I was also told that I would need to provide proof of the duration of my illness as well as proof of doctors seen and medications and treatments tried. I spent over 4 hours collecting all the required information. I wrote out a summary of all the doctors and health practitioners I had seen in the last 16 years since I became ill. I provided 26 attachments, including 12 scans of relevant documents and 14 photos of past medications. I had to reschedule my appointment from Monday to Thursday, 9th May as I needed more time to prepare the information. I finished it and emailed it before I went to sleep on Wednesday morning so they had a full 2 days to review it.

So then on Thursday, I set multiple alarms to make sure I’d be awake on time. I stayed in bed and waited for about 2 hours, checking the time every 5-10 minutes and trying to control my nerves and stay calm, as medical appointments scare me stupid. My appointment was scheduled for 5:30pm, which means they will call anytime between 5 and 6pm, which does nothing to help the nerves. So then my phone rings at 5:50pm and it’s a mobile number. I declined the call straight away. Obviously the message to call me via the NRS (SMS Relay) was not passed on.

Later in the evening I went to check my email, to see if anyone had tried to contact me about the missed appointment, and to send them another email reminding them that I’m an NRS user. I find an email from them that was sent in the early afternoon, stating that after all the extensive and detailed information I sent, that they weren’t able to determine how long I’d been sick for or what medications I’d tried. I almost hit the roof. After all that effort. Did they not receive the emails? I had to send it in three parts due to the size of the attachments, maybe there was a technical problem and the emails didn’t get through? I have significant brain fog and it was very difficult for me to pull together all that information from the last 16 years, maybe they couldn’t understand what I wrote? I have no idea what went wrong. So then I spend a further 2 hours, writing back and explaining everything again from the beginning, trying to clarify anything they might have misunderstood. And I remembered three sleep medications I was prescribed in 2011 that I forgot about, so I added that in as well. After all the extra work and emotional upset, I didn’t get to bed until almost 7am, about 2 hours later than usual. This is upsetting because I am unable to make up the time if I get to bed late, so that will probably become my new bedtime now! I have to try so hard to keep my sleep schedule stable and consistent. I’m already running late today as I slept through my alarm after getting to bed late.

Today I looked at my emails again, and there’s 2 emails from them, sent at around 9am this morning. They obviously put a lot of thought into these emails! One was a reply from yesterday’s email and the other was entitled “eligibility update”. I will not be reading either of them. I cannot go through all that stress and upset again. Clearly they have put no thought into their responses and it’s pretty obvious what the emails are going to say.

I am so done with this ridiculous company. I have wasted over 6 hours of my extremely limited time and energy. I have severe ME/CFS and everything is a struggle. Any extra effort results in extreme exacerbation of my symptoms, and often I do not recover from this.

This stupid company and idiotic employees have caused me an extreme level of distress and harmed my health, possibly irreparably. Not that I expect that anyone cares. Go to hell “hello mellow”!
