Really disappointed with my experience with HelloPepti. I purchased their BPC-157/TB-500 combination product, which was dispensed through Kaduceus Pharmacy.
After doing some research, I discovered that the FDA has raised serious safety concerns about both BPC-157 and TB-500, including concerns about immunogenicity, impurities, and the lack of sufficient human safety data. I also learned that there are significant regulatory restrictions surrounding the use of these substances in compounded medications.
Naturally, this raised some red flags for me. I reached out requesting lot-specific testing documentation and an explanation of what legal compounding pathway was being used to dispense TB-500, particularly given the FDA’s position on the substance.
I also requested a refund because I no longer felt comfortable using the product. HelloPepti has completely ignored my refund request.
What bothers me most is the lack of transparency. If you’re going to sell products that people are injecting into their bodies, you should be prepared to answer basic questions about safety, testing, and FDA compliance.
I wasn’t looking to cause problems. I just wanted some answers and a reasonable resolution. Instead, I’m left with an expensive product I’m not comfortable using and a company that hasn’t addressed my concerns.
I would not purchase from HelloPepti again. I strongly encourage anyone considering their products to research the FDA’s safety concerns and regulatory restrictions before spending their money
