Quest pro controller lanyard does not fit the HR 47 adapter, the faux leather material does not completely twist around the adapter shaft. The video showing that the pro controller can be inserted into the attachment omits the lanyard install.
VERY POOR and not recommended. Controller flew off at one point and now is dented. Especially galling considering the cost of a pro controller.

Regarding the 'nothing' reply below it shows how little this company cares for their users. I am a member on discord for a number of VR tennis games such as First Person Tennis and will share this on these forums. I am sure Helloreal will be very successful in making continued sales!

Please indicate where this video is, your website only has a very high level video on the adapter being fitted with the Quest Controller. there is another video where it is shown that the Pro Controller fits into the adapter but that's it. I cannot link to the video as its not allowed by Trustpilot.

Just a note on the HR 47, yes it could be the correct weight however it has huge problems when installing the Quest Pro Controller. I had this fly out of the HR 47 and hit the wall, now has a dent - especially galling when considering the highway-robbery price of a Pro Controller..HR don't have a decent video of installing the Pro controller, I've called them out on it and received the usual 'ho-hum' response.

I had a similar issue with HelloReal 47. Mine came with a different lanyard (I had told them that I did not have original lanyard). They said they had tested it and it worked fine. It seemed flimsy and did not fit quite right. They assured me that it had been tested and was not a problem. Of course it broke, sending my controlled crashing to the floor and breaking into pieces. I had many emails with their “co-founder”, who took no responsibility and would not reimburse me the $80 for a new controller. Instead, they offered to make me a beta tester!

Look at Virtual Printality as an alternative, the forums on discord suggest this is a better product.

Pistols feel great and it is so much better to play and aim. I love playing two handed mode, like in Pistol Whip. I was already good at it, but now I can also feel where I'm aiming. Of course the extra weight makes it harder to play and hands get tired faster, but I like that. I mostly feel the burn in my shoulders.
Regarding the coins (I got the UK version), only 20 cents (0.2€) coin and 1€ fit in.

I love how the walk about mini golf putter feels realistic and it has helped my game a lot i really would recommend it to anyone who wants to upgrade there game and get a realistic experience

No where on your alls marketing or product information do you provide that the “original wrist lanyards are REQUIRED” for a secure connection.

I do not have these and they appear to be hard to get ahold of. I tried to use the aftermarket “improved” ones i have but they are too thick.

The rackets are not rotated properly in tennis , First person tennis and esports while having presets for hello real attachments, the continental and semi western grips are not replicated in the vr world ,
you need to give a system to rotate the tennis grips so we can align
