They do not properly check the products they ship which means that the customers are left with something so picked though that your not getting a quality product.

Very professional
I ordered a figure through their website and received it on time.
Contents were well packed in a tight manner with some sort of foam.
The customer service was always reactive and helpful when I had questions.
I am a satisfied customer!

You bought the RC fuel car, you paid 700 dollars, we contacted more than 200 times, the product length is 83CM and the weight is 18KG, our purchase cost is 500 dollars, we will air you to Israel free of charge. But the parcel by air should not exceed 45CM. I negotiated with you to split the parcel into two pieces and shoot the video of disassembly. You agreed to let us split the parcel at first. After we split it up, you said no. And found us an air freight company for $600. If we go your way, we'll be $400 in the red. Since the vehicle has been disassembled, we cannot send it to our customer as a new product. It can only be sold in the second-hand market, so we deduct 25% of your fee. I'm sorry we can't provide you with satisfactory service.

I did not realise that cost of item was in USD, as I could not find currency option, and ended up paying more than I wanted to, but Helloworld7 followed up on my emails, and was sorted out. Once I recieved my parcel, I was very happy with purchase. Definitely worth the money I paid for in USD.
