I have had absolutely bad experience…

I have had absolutely bad experience with help bnk, I believe it is an avenue for some individuals like Alex to make money through sales for some Application providers.

I had a ready product just needed some advice,how to navigate some issues as it is a brand new product. I reached out. I was made to believe i would get the help i needed by following process, which means i have to register with an application for the sum of btw 110/ 130 pounds to be able to move forward, promising a cash back of 150, in as much as i DO not need the application as my product was ready, I agreed based on the fact that i will get my money back, they kept assuring me of the cash back, this happened in April till date I have not seen that money, for godsakes i needed any penny i could lay my hands on as i was struggling to launch a new product. I wanted to reach out to Simon for help however i was redirected to help bnk thinking i could trust them. I am beyound disappointed and saddened. No help whatsoever came from them after the call.I reached out to Alex for my refund as I havent used the App and i dont need it, or even the cash back promised, he promised after so many exchange of text and emails, that they will provide the cash back till now nothing. I Lost my hard earned money. I need my money back. Ps- Can the relevant body check on this company to be certain ,it is doing what it is meant to be doing, I dont want to believe, it s a scam, wondering how many of us this issue has happened to and what proceeds has been generated from it. I need my money back. I AM DISATISFIED AND STRESSED WITH THIS. very unfair!

NOT WHAT IT PROMISES

The application process has a number of red flags suggesting this operates as a scam- on submission of my pitch, I received a phone call from an ai bot which called me the wrong name and refused to speak with me. The review process for pitches is designed to privilege those who bring their own network to sign up - which is what this organisation is really about in terms of promoting itself. When I tried to complete the process to access the promised free resources and cash, I was faced with a broken calendar link which meant it was impossible to do. Finally, after raising this as an issue and asking for help, I received nothing back. I don’t doubt they do some good but their promises are highly misleading and the red flags I encountered suggest this is operating very differently than it might appear. If you have dreams, I would suggest you find a more reliable place for them than this.

HelpBnk UK

HelpBnk UK - as an aplication or web app is about people. Now you can atend so many things, which are there to help you. I was atending AI programming 5 weeks long, now I want to be part of "Café chat" with others busness women there. And than who knows, I can be helpful not only true my free app which I build there, by mentoring new writers as well.

If you want to be part of community, not only take and take and take, but give too, this is right place to be.

Loved the Learning Experience, Frustrated by the Support

I want to start by saying that I have attended two helpbnk courses, E-commerce and AI Accelerator, and content was genuinely good. The teachers were knowledgeable, the material was valuable, and Simon's sessions were particularly inspiring. I've been following HelpBnk for some time, I believe in its mission, and I really appreciate what the team is trying to achieve by making education and opportunities more accessible.
However, my experience with the support side was disappointing for the AI Accelerator course.
One of the reasons I signed up for Lovable for the I Accelerator cpurse was to access to Fast Track: the additional benefits and resources that were advertised alongside the course. Unlike my previous experience with a Ecommerce course, where the process was clear and support was responsive, this time I never received the information needed to submit my proof of payment.
I raised the issue during the course but struggled to get an answer. I eventually found the solution myself by reading comments from other students on helpbnk community who were facing the same problem. After submitting the required proof, I received an automated email saying my request was being reviewed, but then nothing further happened.
The frustrating part is not only the delay but the lack of communication. We are now at the end of the course, and my request is still unresolved. At this point, the benefits I signed up for would have been most useful during the course itself.
To be clear, this is not a criticism of the content, the instructors, or the overall mission of HelpBnk. Those aspects deserve much higher ratings. My lower score reflects the support experience and the lack of follow-up on what should have been a straightforward request.
I still believe in what HelpBnk is doing and would recommend the courses and I will definitely attend more HelpBnk courses in the future and continue learning from them, but I hope the support and communication processes improve significantly in the future.

HelpBnk has really given me the…

HelpBnk has really given me the community to meet highly motivated individuals starting business in so many industries! I've been fortunate enough myself to be apart of special group of individuals formed outside of the platform with all of the most engaging highly motivated individuals participating and partnering with HelpBnk. As the group formed off the platform has been a perk I also stand firm on highly rating Simon and his crew for the expert led webinars/accelerators/events they offer! The knowledge is invaluable for being FREE! They've completely levied a year of website for my inspired adventure! This alone motivated me and gave me a spark of hope that I could actually help myself and forming a business. They make all dreams reachable. Sometimes the most underrated and under valued aspects is the space to speak and collaborate through conversations. That's our biggest strength anywhere and they helped me find my voice I've been holding back on finding. HelpBnk, much better than expected!!!

HelpBnk is not going to create a website for you or create a business with you, they are there simply to build a community of people that can help you, they also help people guiding them via events, post, social media, etc, that is why they are called HELP Bnk (bank), so that is what they do and in my opinion they do quite well. They might not have what you are looking for, but it does not hurt to request it.

After investing more than $30,000 in…

After investing more than $30,000 in coaching business training over the years, I can honestly say this was the most practical, inspiring, and motivating course I’ve experienced (the 5-week AI Accelerator course).

It’s built to a much higher standard than I expected, and I still can’t believe it was free (the subscriptions to extra platforms are optional).

My only regret? That the 5 weeks had to end. I wish it continued!

Going solo as a founder is challenging…

Going solo as a founder is challenging at times, lonely at times and hard all the time.

I have relied heavily on HelpBnk support in my journey to date. Having lived through start-up environments themselves, they are able to coach, mentor and bring in relevant experts.

The difference to my progress has been marked and the opportunities are there at every stage with proactive assistance in the form of events, talks, mentor sessions and links to relevant talks and videos.

Amazing Learning for £0

I’m amazed at the amount of help and support you get for £0! I’m on two different courses of study and have learnt so much. Nothing is too much for the team. They want to see you succeed. I would highly recommend anyone looking to start a business to look into Helpbnk.

Really disappointed with Alex Ashen

Really disappointed with Alex Ashen. Was keen to get me signed up. Then didn’t send my mentorship appointment through, so I missed it. Didn’t respond to emails and now I have been without support since Jan/Feb 2026.

Not sure this was the intention of going after my dream…

Had to launch the business on my own (still the best decision ever) but no thanks to HelpBnk.

Never did get the free website

Never did get the free website. Still haven't received my refund. The times they schedule don't work for me either because of the time zone in North America and where I live. I have a full time job so scheduling my meetings for 10am isn't helpful. I find the dash board clunky and some of the tasks they ask you to do, do not relate to what I am trying to do whatsoever so It really hasn't been helpful. I did appreciate the first group I was in. I love the ideas and wish it would build more of that, but I never heard from anyone again. I really like Simon and his ideas but this is a fail for me in terms of actual help.

A few things I want to own directly:

The refund should never be sitting unresolved! Email me at clemens@helpbnk.com with the name/email you signed up under and I'll personally chase it down and make sure it's sorted.

The scheduling is a problem, you're right about that. Sessions built around UK/10am times don't work if you're in North America with a full-time job. We started this whole mission 3 years ago in the UK and it grew rapidly without us having dedicated mentors in different time zones. We are working on it.

The dashboard and tasks. Fair. If the steps don't map to what you're actually building, they're not helping. That's feedback we're taking back.

The part that stuck with me most is that you loved the first group and the ideas, then never heard from anyone again. That shouldn't happen! The community is the whole point. I'd genuinely like the chance to sort the refund and make this right!

What can I say, First time on our weekly call and the information, knowledge which was given, also others on the call as well.
So grateful I was able to join the #starterkit plus meeting all the mentors and communication between everyone.
Customer service - is high value
Recommendation - I can't give you enough (don't miss out)

No help at all.

No help at all.

I had high hopes for using HelpBnk, but there's actually little help there. There's a lot of scammy posts or people selling you things, and next no real genuine help.

The staff only seem to post about themselves and there's only a few people there who actually try and help and none of them are staff. I doubt very much Simon is posting, as when "he" does it just looks like data mining and he never responds to comments answering his questions.

Maybe it will get better in the future, but at the moment I think it's HelpBnk that needs the help.
