I have been really impressed with Helpbox so far. From my initial call with Paddy to my video call with Coral today, the whole experience has been very positive.

Both were extremely helpful, friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly without rushing. It felt professional but also very personable, which instantly put me at ease.

A great first impression and I am looking forward to working with them going forward.

We have been using Helpbox for nearly a year now and the service has always been very good. An example of this is the professional and efficient assistance I received recently from the lady I spoke to just a week ago, when we had a problem with a direct Debit that went wrong after we changed bank accounts. Without any fuss she corrected the issue and put up back on track very quickly.

I had a VAT question that I needed an answer to quickly. The team were fast, and privided a explination in a format that I understood. When this side of the business is not your area of experteese its important to have people who know what they are doing and translate it in a way you can action. I have found Helpbox are able to do this.

This is an accounting firm that failed at the most basic level of financial control. We withdrew before onboarding, never agreed or signed terms, and clearly instructed cancellation in writing before any service commenced. Despite this, a Direct Debit was taken regardless. The company has not formally acknowledged fault and denied the issue in its response to our bank. The matter remains ongoing. For a service marketed as a way to save money and protect clients financially, this reflects a serious breakdown in process, consent, and accountability.
