Gorgeous dresses, bad zippers
Helsi makes gorgeous gowns and dresses, but they all have difficult zippers, some worse than others. Sizing is also varied. I got the same dress multiple times from different vendors due to sales, different colors avaolaible at different locations, etc. and of 3 mediums, 1 fit perfectly and the others from another store were big. Also, if you shop from Helsi directly, they ship with USPS, which is unreliable. I am still waiting on an order that should have been delivered days ago -- that's on USPS, but Helsi has opted to ship with them bc they're cheaper, so they simultaneously give you a cheaper experience than the private shipping companies. I fall hard for their designs so will continue to buy their dresses, but I will primarily shop from one of the authorized retailers where they offer better shipping and return experiences.
