Amazing company from start to finish can't fault 10/10

I used to be a regular customer but recently quality has been so low I wont vape it. Taste used to be lovely, smooth and strong effects. The past 6 months it has tasted of soap, no effects whatsoever and is harsh on the throat. I wouldn't recommend using them at all but have to give 2 stars as they used to be excellent.

They sell some of the worst vapes out there. They smell like chemicals and have a strong chemical taste. But the funniest part is that they delete negative reviews from their website. I left a review saying that I didn’t like the product because it tasted like chemicals, and they removed it. They also seem to write positive reviews for themselves, which is pretty easy to notice because some of the usernames are identical. It honestly looks ridiculous. I wouldn’t recommend buying this chemical-tasting junk.

Gummies were good quality and worked well. They also got it to me very quick

I ordered 3 bottles of the HHCP oil and it was very low grade in comparison to the HHC oil i get from another company. It gave me ringing in the ears and contrary to helping me relax it actually made me very uneasy. Maybe it was just a bad batch but not an enjoyable experience and will prevent me from trying this company again.

One of the best online suppliers of CBD. period.

I've had two orders from them so far. The first was for me. 30ml each of THCP, HHCP, and THCX vape liquids. These are thick, amber, and each vial smells delicious. This is the real deal, 20% of THCP mixed with 75% of CBD, CBN, CBG, CBC, and 5% Terpenes. It's so thick, I needed to give it a warm water rinse (thanks Google) for it to be squeezed into my vaporesso 2ml pod with a 1.2ohm ceramic coil. You let that sit for a while before using it just to make sure the liquid has been absorbed into the ceramic. (thanks again Google). It doesnt say this on the site, but use caution... these are serious CBD non-thc derivatives, soooo strong. We had an awesome night with maybe 15-20 loong draws (so long the light on the vaporesso blinked!) at the beginning. We felt it until we went to bed and a little bit more the next morning.

To be sure of what I was getting, esp. after the first use, I checked in with their customer service via telephone. They answered the first time. They sent me the right COA via email, no questions asked, but did explain they were having issues with them online.

For those people leaving bad reviews, maybe you should have researched what you were getting yourself into? Before droppin any science, make sure its GOOD science and not BAD science laced with SPICE. The COA will tell you that. My guess is that they overdosed on the product and are blaming the supplier instead of themselves.

For the people saying customer support sucks, I called in with no issues whatsoever. They emailed me directly, so I'm sure if I were to email them I would get a response. The customer service rep I spoke with seemed friendly, nice and she asked several times if everything was ok with my order, was I happy with the products. What more can anyone ask?

The second order I placed with them was just for CBD disposable pens. To give to friends. They dont sell 95% CBD vape liquids, but they do sell it in a disposable pen. Bought 10 of them at a price MUCH cheaper than local stores in Germany. No issues with any of them, but I'm only on my second pen. These are super nice to vape on all day. Have given away 5 to friends, and no one has told me there's didn't work.

Shipping was no problem. Ordered in the morning in Germany, products arrived in the mail a day later, shipped direct from Amsterdam. Didnt even have to be there to sign for it as they allowed delivery without signature.

I'm guessing the bad reviews are from crappy competitors not wanting this place to succeed. Buuuut... I'm gonna buy from them. They can trace the hemp from where its grown on their farm in Morocco all the way to Amsterdam, it's in the COA. Read it for yourself.

They are setting the new standard and some people just dont like it. The products I received were so awesome it's made me want to order some of their distillate and terpenes to make my own juices for myself and friends.

really cheap but no effects they also hide the negative reviews from the website

I never have left feedback often, generally. Brilliant, all of the products had, so far, about 15-20, I just received a generous freebie.... whilst writing this.

Please be careful where you get Tea stuff from, I use 3 places I 100% believe in, this is obviously one.

Everything I've ordered has been excellent quality, sturdy and perfectly packed..... I want to think of something negative. I can't.......

Thank you

Quality service

quick delivery, solid products and excellent prices.

This is the last time I purchase anything from this company still waiting over a week now for my product, messaged them twice no message back asked for a refund not heard a thing from them ,avoid this company like the plague.

They sell what I strongly suspect are Spice laced products, stay away from this incredibly cheap and harmful stuff if you value your health in any way…I just don’t understand how they are still free to operate…

Bought some vapes which don't work properly. Oil leaks from them and the oils too thick. Received one email saying they'll sort the issue and have heard nothing since. have sent another email and once again nothing. I would avoid this company and pay a little extra for something better from a company who want to look after their customers

good quality products happy customer

Nothing wrong with the new carts i dont see what these donuts are whingin about it’s cheap as chips aswell bargain purchase deffo be back again! Love hemp ite

Honestly, the only real upside here is the price. But there's a reason it's so cheap — the product quality just doesn't hold up. My vape clogged constantly for no clear reason and leaked in my mouth and everywhere else, which made it genuinely frustrating to use. To make things worse, their customer service was an absolute nightmare to deal with when I tried to get it resolved. If budget is your only concern it might be tempting, but trust me — there are far better options out there other options worth checking out first.

Excellent quality products fast delivery

i bought a thcp pen and i am happy eith my purchase i like strong highs and this gives a strong high for me even if i take two drags it gets me high and it lasts the whole day and i wake up still high and i wont need to take more because i still feel high even the day after or maybe i just got derealization idk but i love this pen will probably buy again the smell is weird tho i cant describe it but im getting a bit paranoid and feel a bit odd idk its hard to explain but when u try it youll know what im on about but im happy i bought it.

shi gave me DPDR, gets u high and is cheap asf but no where near as good as other stuff. take too much and youll wake up still high.

Great company Great products but for me personally and the delivery can be costly it's a pity they don't do the Thc-p anymore but the new replacement is very good so overall definitely one i would recommend 😁
