Following a recent boiler issue, I cannot recommend this company enough, James was polite and showed great care for my home, he fixed the issue within one visit and left us with a nice warm house. Price was on point and will use again!!
I can’t recommend Hendly enough. From initial contact to completion everything ran smooth and efficiently. Beth is very polite and allocates your appointment quickly. James attended, he was punctual and had excellent knowledge when it came to installing the pipe work to our en-suite and fitting of the shower try. Our house was left clean and tidy on completion. I found the pricing to be very competitive especially for the quality of service they provide. I already have them booked for a boiler service next next week!

If there’s one thing that you do before using this company, make sure you’ve shopped around. My mum was quoted nearly £2,000 above the industry average for a boiler install. Same boiler, same labour, same install date. £2,000 is a huge supplement for a company like this to quote somebody considering they have limited reviews. We ended up going with iHeat who have over 8,000 reviews and a rating of 4.8/5.
It’s a shame that companies feel they can charge over the odds for services that the general public will have limited knowledge on.
Do your due diligence - shop around.

Thank you for your feedback. We regularly check that our prices are in line within the small area in which we cover and we recommend our customers to obtain multiple quotations to compare. We take pride in our excellent service level and the high quality of our work we carry out. As discussed on the phone, you have achieved a very good price so we are pleased you were able to get this offer and have the boiler installed quickly for your mothers rental property. As a small family run business, we were unable to match this quotation from a national company.
During a boiler service it was identified that our boiler needed replacing and the existing one was not safe to be switched back on. The Hendly team already had a full day of appointments scheduled, however as it was the beginning of January, I'm heavily pregnant and we have a young baby they reassured us that they would not be leaving us without heating or hot water. The team helped us to pick a new boiler (something we were pretty clueless about) and returned with it after a full days work to get started on fitting our new boiler. True to their word, our heating and hot water was back on the same day. Really grateful to them as that night the outside temperature was -3.
