I have just purchased a Hebert XL pet hoover..what a game changer ,I have a Swiss white shepherd that sheds hair all year constantly,This is the only hoover I have ever found powerful enough to remove all hairs from the house and furniture but also the car ..!there is an attachment for almost every situation ,I wouldn’t hesitate in getting another .
I can’t recommend this highly enough.!

I have to write a review! So my kids persuaded me to finally buy a Henry. I agreed. Id never had one before and they always seems like a big deal! Like a well known brand. Anyway I can honestly say its the worst and most inconvenient vacuum I have ever owned! Where do I start..... Its clunky, gets tangled easily, the end of ALWAYS coming off, henry tips over constantly, every vacuum session is like henry is torturing me!! The most clunky piece of rubbish I have ever owned (I've had lots of vacuums in my life time) and this is hands down the absolute worst!!! If I can reach one person with this review..... do not buy a henry! Don't put yourself through it!! Its like going to war everytime you want a clean house!!! dont believe the hype, dont he fooled by the henry brand, you will regret it!! Get a shark or a Dyson!

I used to like Henry Hoovers but recently purchased one from TikTok and it wouldn’t switch on and the customer services is appalling. I’ll never purchase one again and don’t recommend them to anyone

I’ve had my Henry for around 3 and a half years and, honestly, it’s been a great vacuum. It’s reliable, straightforward to use and has done a brilliant job of keeping my home clean over the years.

Unfortunately, the main cleaning part has now broken after 3½ years of regular use, which is a shame. But considering how much use I’ve had from it, I still think Henry has been a great product and has served me very well.

It’s definitely one of those products that just gets on with the job without any fuss.

I’d happily recommend Henry to anyone looking for a reliable vacuum, and hopefully I’ll be able to get the broken part replaced and keep mine going!

If you were trying to design a vacuum cleaner that is hopeless in every way, you would probably end up with a Henry.
1. It's heavy and because the weight is in the top it topples over continuously.
2. It's useless on carpets. It just doesn't pick up.
3. It's no good for stairs. It's awkward shape means it won't sit on the stairs.
4. The power cord isn't automatic. You have to manually wind it in and out and it has a tendency to get stuck.
5. The attachments fall off the main hose as you are cleaning.
6. Replacement bags are really expensive.
Easily the worst vacuum cleaner I have ever had. I've had budget cleaners at a third of the price that perform way better.

Lost my order. When I contacted them customer service said they’re too busy to sort it out.

OK hoover but would be better if you could stand it up without the bottom bit keep dropping down plus it's not good on a fluffy rug it keeps stopping will stick to shark from now on.

I LOVE HENRY , he vacuuned everything and even bugs it helped me for everything a cheap good friend.

We recently brought Henry after hearing so many good things, but we are so disappointed, it isn't easy to navigate on carpet, I can't even move it forward. On parquet flooring the head is like an asda trolly, it goes in every direction, except the one you want it to. The heads for soft furniture, stairs etc are good if you can get the head off. Wish we'd stuck to our Aqua vac. Thankfully we still have the Orek upright, which is fantastic all round, except you can't vacuum stairs & furniture. Sorry Henry, we don't love you !

You should see how good my boyfriend looks vacuuming the living room right now😍the Henry really compliments his character and I can tell he is extremely enjoying carrying it round the house with him😅

Henry has a powerful motor with good suction, a sensible 10 metre cord, and of course a pretty face.
Unfortunately the accountants have got to the design, the attachments come loose from the pipe all the time, and the straight piece of pipe comes loose from the flexi tube. NOT GOOD ENOUGH! even the cheapest cleaner from the discount shop has better attachments than this.

I bought a Henry pet pro in August 25. The steel tubes stuck together and I couldn’t release them to use any of the brushes. I called customer service and I was told to use a hair dryer on the black connectors or fairy liquid to release the tubes as this is a known design fault. This is an unacceptable design fault for this hoover and I would not recommend.

Extremely Disappointed – Poor Quality Control and Delayed Replacement

I ordered a Henry vacuum cleaner on 18th June and received it two days later—only to find that the plug was broken. I contacted customer service right away and asked if they could send a replacement and collect the damaged one at the same time, but they refused, insisting I return the item first before a new one could be sent. This caused unnecessary delays.

To speed things up, I placed a second order on 26th June, agreeing that I’d return the damaged unit and wait for a refund. As of 11th July, I still haven’t received the replacement and have had no updates on its status. The whole process has been slow, frustrating, and poorly handled.

I expected much better from Henry. I only chose to buy from their website because of the promise of next-day DPD delivery, but the reality has been a disappointing and time-consuming experience.

Love my ‘Hetty quick’ cordless. Was quite sceptical but thought I’d give it a go. I absolutely love it, it’s great on carpet and hard floors. Keeps it charge.. very pleased with my purchase

After years of messing around with others who are all style and no substance I’m back with Henry. He’s everything you could want..well-built, reliable and does what he’s supposed to. Not to mention the fact he’s always smiling and good to go for as long or as little as you need. Follows me around without complaining and never makes too much noise. And last but not least, his long lead helps me reach parts others have never been able to. Good old Henry. 😬

Just bought a green pet Henry and I'm really impressed.....takes up dogs hair from flooring and carpets rapidly.
Better pick up then Miele compact 3.
Good delivery ,well packed...instructions need to be better so googled instead

Products are average but customer service absolutely appalling which is why I am now switching to another brand, it has taken 10 days (so far) to respond to a website query, I ended up getting the answer more quickly through Facebook message - strange that !
Clearly if they valued their customers they would respond to questions, particularly if you a looking to replace a Henry with a broken motor !

I had previously submitted a one star review which because of my ignorance I have now retracted. The battery gives almost 20 minutes and having two batteries makes it practical. Whilst the vacuum power does not, as one would expect, that given by a mains powered machine it is quite useable. Build quality is exceptional

Our first Henry and why did we wait so long ? The best in a long line of manufacturers including the overpriced Dysons. Can’t fault our Henry. Robust but light, strong suction and easy bag change. Also keenly priced

Henry Xtra and multiangle tool - brilliant vacuum. Light to use and the brush tool is great on carpets. Vacuum is really quiet. Customer service was good too. British made so much better than importing a Shark from China with all the associated environmental impact.
