My order took over 2 months to arrive. They sent a much cheaper version of what advertised. When I complained they said the right product was sent. Product sent has a retail value $80 dollars less. Offered me$5 dollar refund because if I sent it back to their warehouse in China it would cost me alot of money. do not but from this company. They run deceptive adds and will rip you off

Awful!!! I never received my boots! I tracked it to the United States it says but it stopped 2 months ago with no update! DO NOT ORDER!

Like all others I found these on Facebook I placed an order for 2 pairs I did not know they were coming from out if the country I Got a delivery confirmation of 7 to 10 days my total came to 68.00 but they changed my card 81.00 to include 1.98 for shipping insurance after my order got to the US tracking update’s stopped DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE

Do not buy from this Company, no return address, noone answers phone. Took 4 weeks for delivery to get item that looks nothing like ad. Terrible experience. Now disputing with CC company.

I ordered 2 pair, mid December and like so many, I stopped hearing from tracking , mid January. They DID finally come in a package , no box , and looked sad. They are cheap and I dislike them. I wrote support and demanded to know how to ship back properly. They asked for pictures which seemed stupid to me. Sent, they wrote back and told me that that was what I ordered. Ummmm, THAT I knew. Wrote again to ask how to return them and once again, told me it was what I ordered. Offered me “4USD”. I want to send them back for full refund!

I ordered boots over 2 months ago. I got tracking information from what I suspect was a bogus delivery site for about a month. Then the updates just dropped off. I have been corresponding with *someone* either from the company or delivery service, it's unclear. I'm sure the boots will never come and I'm out $55. The boots that were $32. Which was also surprising when I was charged $55. Shame on me, I guess. I usually don't buy from random sites unless I check them out. But this one I didn't, for some reason.

Placed an order 6 weeks ago. Their customer service keeps telling me they are waiting for a tracking number from their shipper. I have made multiple inquiries how about my order and keep getting the same response. Never do business with this company their customer service is more like customer disservice.

I have still not received my product, this company is a scam and fake tracking !!! Don’t buy anything from this Big F company they are useless and liars

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. If I could give a zero I would. Ordered 12/31/22, still have not received them and they won't refund my money. Shipping was supposed to take 5-7 days. You will lose your money!! Do NOT buy from them. It's a scam company.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! Fraud alert. I bought a pair of boots from their website. The boots took a long time to arrive, looked nothing like advertised, poor quality, wrong sizing, and then it would have cost me $30 to return a $50 pair of boots. Such a disappointment.

Ordered two pair of boots in mid-November for a ski trip in mid-January. No indication on website of origin country or shipping delays. First pair of boots delivered end of January (over two months since ordering and being told 8-10 business days) and the other pair are nowhere to be seen. Company says “wait a little longer”, have asked for refund 5+ times and that is their response. A joke, scam, the boots are trash, and the company and customer service are the literal bottom of the barrel. DO NOT BUY FROM!!!!!

I ordered the boots at the beginning of December as a Christmas gift. I didn't receive the boots until the end of January. About 2 weeks before the boots arrived I contacted customer service because the tracking had not been updated in about a week. I asked for a refund, but was told that the boots were still in transit. When the boots finally arrived, I asked to return the boots because I had already purchased an alternate gift, but was ignored.

The boots are cheaply made and terrible quality. It took over a month to receive them and when they finally arrived the black pair was covered in lint and was squished into a package and the boot shape was so messed up they didn't fit right. Customer service is difficult to deal with and making it challenging to return the items. Awful.

Would give minus stars if possible as wost company ever. Ordered 2 pairs size 41 and received 43 after a 5 week wait. Emails back and forth with Hera telling me they sent the correct order. Asked for refund and offered 5 dollars or I could return to China.

WISH I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS. This company is a scam. Not only were the boots a joke with quality add to the 5 weeks to get them and I also am missing a jacket. Been emailing back and forth from Jan 22-Feb 1 for them to continue to tell me “check with your neighbors as we shipped both packages”. Never received the coat! And USPS shows only 1 scanned package. They refuse to send or refund for what I didn’t receive. Horrible company! I now am working with my bank for fraudulent transactions by a vendor. What a joke!!

These are the cheapest, most uncomfortable boots I have ever owned. It took over 2 months for them to even arrive when I was hoping to have them for a Christmas party and when they finally arrived, they were bent and full of some weird fuzz. So bent they are uncomfortable. I contacted their customer service and was told they sent the right item so I am pretty much screwed out of my money for a pair of boots i will never ever wear.

Horrible, the boots came a month after ordering, fuzz all over them, too big, smelled funny and presentation so sad.
Both pair were squished down from shipping and not at all snow boots.
Customer service tried to refund me $5 then $7. What a joke. BUYER BEWARE

I wish there was a negative 10 that I could rate. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Now I’m reading all these reviews that it’s probably a scam and I will never get my boots. I ordered my boots on Dec 20 and paid an extra twenty bucks for 3-5 day shipping. Not only did that not happen, it’s Jan 28 and I still don’t have them. I requested that my extra shipping payment be refunded and was told that only guaranteed that my ordered would be shipped within 3-5 days not that it would be delivered in that time frame!!!! That is ludicrous and I’ve been telling them so. I have emailed them twice a day since this started and I’m not going to stop until I get my money or at least my boots. I will probably never get back the money that they stole from me for the expedited shipping but I will continue to bombard them with my consistent, very long emails. Gorgeous-Hera should be named Ugly-Thieves. Didn’t do not EVER buy anything from this company and from now on I will be reading reviews before I purchase from companies advertising on Facebook!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!
