Liars. Absolute liars. What a joke. I used the colour ‘protect’ shampoo and it is the worst product I have ever used. It lasts about two shampoos before the colour fades. What a scum scam. Won’t be buying from them again.

What ever has been change in the rose shampoo and conditioner has made me look for a new shampoo and conditioner after using for over 20 years
it used to make my hair feel soft, fresh and smelling great but now my gets so knotty, does not feel nice and fresh, it feels gross like it has not been wash, is like straw at the ends and the smell of it now is like a strong cheap yuk perfume not the nice discrete smell it once had. I will no longer be buying this after 20 plus years

I tried the new argon oil shampoo and conditioner and also the Dolce vita ones. The shampoos are terrible! My hair was squeaking and I could barely move my hands over it. It felt like it had been stripped of every bit of moisture and nutrients I'd had since birth! I was going to just wash it off and throw them away but thought I'd at least give the conditioner a go. This was much better and left my hair feeling like hair again rather than straw left in the Sahara sun. However, my head, face, neck and anywhere the lather touched has been irritated and I have itchy bumps all over. I've stopped using both products in both varieties but it's not calming yet. To say they are made with natural ingredients I was not expecting this at all. My skin is sore and my head feels like it's crawling. I have waist length hair so most of back is affected too. I'm so disappointed as the orange one smells really lovely and has great packaging. But I won't be using Herbal essences again that's for sure.

I dont know about there website but there alovera shampoo is not good for my hair, if have wavey or curly it leaves your hair a little dry even with the conditioner. The lavender shampoo and conditioner however is fab for slightly wavy hair. My hair has a lot of life, it feels super soft without the heaviness i get from some conditioners and I can leave it 3 days till next wash if I wanna. Recommend that lavender relaxing shampoo.

MADE ME BALD, I USED THIS FOR NOT EVEN 5 MINUTES AND THE NEXT THING I KNEW I WAS RIPPING OUT LOOSE STRANDS OF HAIR, SH!T PRODUCT AND IT SMELLS LIKE MY MOTHERS COOCHIE, WOULD NEVER BUY AGAIN!
