Nice VIP manager, even if I’m not huge spender
Apparently I got tagged as some bronze VIP after a few months. The manager emailed me, sounded friendly, offered some free spins on my birthday. I don’t gamble big at all, so I was surprised they bothered. Nothing crazy, but a nice personal touch.

Surprisingly fair about limits
I set a cooling-off period one night when I was tilting, and they actually enforced it the next day when I tried to log in. No way around it, which annoyed me at that moment, but in the morning I was honestly grateful. Not many sites seem to take that seriously.
