these guys pulled some shady bs
I found this place when I lived in Oregon and I've been recommending them and occasionally purchasing from them online ever since
not any more!!.. they sent an order when they could not fulfill what I ordered, and that item is still listed as in stock online... and then sent me an email only after it shipped stating they refunded for the missing item they don't have in stock. this was the most important herb I needed and then I call them about it and I'm told it was assumed that herb didn't matter
I explained that a business is supposed to notify a customer if they can't fulfill a full order before shipping to give them a chance to cancel
I would have canceled this order
I was offered nothing to make up for this and I'm going to have to order this herb elsewhere and pay another shipping charge
this is very bad business practice and I will no longer recommend herb stomp and I will never order from or visit their store again
you lost a customer and you lost my recommendations which probably earned you hundreds of customers and thousands of order over the past 5 years... this should have been handled a lot better and my call should have been taken seriously and you should have corrected your mistake instead of acting like it's normal to ship partial orders without notifying your customer until after you ship an order that doesn't even have the main reason they were shopping your site and then I get treated like it's no been deal and I should be happy to get all the herbs I didn't actually need which I only bought because you had the herb I did need
I literally only made this order because their site showed kola nut and guarana in stock alma i wanted both without 2 shipping charges, I literally bought only 4oz of guarana for the same price as I normally pay for a lb just so I could get the kola they don't even have... why don't yall fix the stock on your website? especially now after this discrepancy that yall messed up and the site still shows stock

Wow! That order shipped FAST! I ordered a bunch of Kava Kava products (enough to get free shipping) at around 5 pm CST on Nov 10 and it arrived at my door just before noon on Nov 12. Portland, OR to Gulf Shores, AL in 40 hours!! The prices are a bit high but the product is awesome and the shipping is AMAZING!

All my products arrived as expected, and the effects were as anticipated. My only complaint is regarding your kava descriptions. I shouldn't have to navigate to another kava strain to recall the effects of others. Please just copy and paste the full descriptions. I don't care about the developers; just change that, and we're good. Also, the Black Label Kava and the Ceremonial Kava are the Tui Day Kava varieties. The Solomon Island Gold is the only noble kava they have in stock right now, and it's been that way since I discovered them about a year ago. Kava plants do grow slowly, to be fair. We're talking 3-5 years minimum; if they want more potency, they wait like 7-9 years, and no, I'm not kidding.

Herb Stomp has superior products and even better customer service. My experience with Rebecca has always been great when ordering my products. Rebecca is very knowledgable about the products she carries, is very kind, and professional.
They carry a wide variety of herbs and essential oils for my personal use and for my Reiki practice.
I order on-line and I consistently receive my orders on time.
I'll put my money on Herb Stomp any time because they are simply THE BEST.
