"Honda specialists" that don't know the specs of the fluids they are using and ignore their customers when questioned
I unfortunately I have to leave this review after a transmission service and lack of response from the staff working at Heritage Honda Gloucester.
I noticed after my service that the transmission seemed more inefficient, with the revs being slightly higher and gearchange less smooth. I looked into the fluid needed for my vehicle and wanted to verify the correct fluid was used. I first emailed to query this on the 26th of June and it's now July 27th.
I have had a few staff reach out and then not respond, including the Senior Service Advisor, who emailed back stating they have no idea what the specs are of the fluid they are using. He then stopped replying which I find very suspicious and unprofessional. What kind of a Honda specialists puts fluid into a vehicle without knowing the specifications? To top it off I've noticed the garage didn't even bother to stamp my service book which they said they would do.
I wouldn't trust these Honda "specialists" again. It seems they couldn't care less about service or your vehicle.
Heritage Honda Gloucester
Bought a used car. Salesman said it had a Honda Warranty & covered everything apart from brakes, tyres, & wiper blades. A LIE! Hadn't had it 4 days & it broke down. Nobody ever returns calls. Warranty isn't covering everything,& there's a lot of faults with the car! Heritage are liable as I've only had car 3 weeks & they were informed of break down & fault codes straight away. But it took 3 days to actually speak to someone about it! Still waiting for 'after sales' to call. If they're not willing to pay the dealer where the car is, to fix it, then car will be returned as not fit for purpose. It was also mis-sold on the warranty side.
My advice would be, don't believe the lies they tell you about the warranty, & don't expect any after sales help. Once they've had their money they're not interested. No different to a back street dealer at the end of the day.
I will be putting an official complaint in to head office, & Honda UK. Honda finance were informed there were issues. Tomorrow they'll find out just how bad the issues are.
Heritage CUPRA Bristol
I went to book a service at Heritage CUPRA today in Bristol, I could not believe that I was unable to book the service while I was actually in the garage itself but was told to do it online but then strangely handed a telephone number on scrap bit of paper. Where is the customer service? It’s certainly not at Heritage CUPRA they are probably all over you if you are buying a new car but after that they really don’t care, so honestly go somewhere else don’t waste your time and money here.

Salisbury Heritage VOLKSWAGEN Didn’t finish job and other thing’s to the car Very disappointed with service staff ,garage and sells manger They just ignore you and it’s impossible make complaint to heritage Salisbury vw , they ignore you emails and phone calls . , I could have speed tickets and fines and have my license taken off me. , for not updating my Volkswagen Golf 2023 software. Where I live. It’s very confusing speeds you can do , The main roads ,schools hospitals and streets have changed speeds limits , I can’t put car into cruise control , like works van , The golf is doing old speed limits not new speeds and breaking law, if you have that issue please go too reliable Volkswagen garage who finish the jobs and takes care of you and your car
Terrible customer service
Took my car into Heritage Gloucester, took them seven weeks to fix it. For three weeks of that they did not provide a courtesy car, despite saying I should get one, finally provided after a complaint to VW HQ. From start to finish the communication was poor and I had to constantly chase for updates, story kept changing and no urgency in dealing with the car.

Heritage Weston super Mare [Skoda] customer service is non existent. Rude and abrupt sales person, who needs to sort out his attitude, when talking to you. He doesn't return phone calls at all, even telephoning him for 3 days and being told, he will phone back, each time you phone. Never again will I deal with Heritage Skoda. Very poor and rude service.

Never make deposit to this company
I make deposit and reserve car at bristol vw very next day car was sold to somebody else i don't mind but now its been more than a month i call them 5 times in last month to get my deposit back but lady on reception get detail everytime and said somebody will call me back but still no response never ever trust this company and don't make deposit
I hope any manger can read this review and give my refund because i ask lady i wana speak with manager she hold for 5 min and then said she don't know where is he?
DO NOT USE HERITAGE SEAT/ SKODA, THEY ARE ATROCIOUS
I have a Seat Tarraco which is 3 months old. After a week I had to return it for a few minor issues one of which it was diagnosed as having a faulty boot switch. In Dec 2019 I had to book the car in again and had to wait until 10/01/20 for them to look at it again. It went in for the boot switch to be replaced/ top up my ad blue because the car is alarming every time you start it up/ faulty petrol fuel lid/ check windscreen calibration after replacement & rear heated seat not working... so basically 5 issues.
I got to Heritage Bristol at 07:55 and had to wait to be booked in. There were 2 people in front of me and 3 came in after me, but the 3 after me got booked in first. Finally I was called before the 2 people who were there before me and I spoke to the young girl and booked my car in adding the ad blue problem to the list of issues.
At 1pm I telephoned to ask for an update and I was told that they had to order a part for my fuel lid, they hadn’t fitted the boot switch because they couldn’t find a fault and they couldn’t find a problem with the rear seat. My husband and daughter both heard this conversation.
At 3:30pm in between school collections my husband dropped me off at Seat to try to collect my car. I spoke to the young girl and she told me that she was waiting for my paperwork to be given to her. At 4pm I could see my car outside so I spoke to her again and I was told that she had to check the paperwork and would let me know. By 4:30pm I was getting quite annoyed and told them, finally the young girl came to see me. She told me that the part was on order for the fuel lid/ they had replaced the boot switch and they would need the car back in to fit the part and carry out further checks on the heated seat! I questioned her about why she had told me earlier that the switch hadn’t been replaced because they couldn’t find a fault and that she had said they couldn’t find a fault with the seat. She basically called me a liar and said that she hadn’t said that! I asked to speak to the manager at this point. Whilst waiting for the manager another sales assistant called me over so I told her that I was waiting to speak to the manager which she didn’t like! After waiting another 30 minutes I called in by the manager which was a complete waste of time. He was more interested in telling me that he had only worked there for 5 days and the previous manager had left it in a complete mess. I told him that I had been waiting 5 weeks for them to look at my car and they knew exactly what the faults were so they should’ve been ready for it and I was told that they only have 1 person trained to work on the Tarraco and just because I was in first it didn’t mean my car would get worked on first! He wouldn’t tell me what time they had started looking at my car or whether they had added the ad blue to my car. In the end I had to walk out because the guy was so arrogant and I was getting no-where! Back at my car I found out that they hadn’t added the ad blue and I believe that they had been looking at my rear heater controls not rear seat because the temperatures had all been adjusted. So out of the 5 issues only 2 have been looked at or sorted!
Think twice before using this garage because their customer service is absolutely disgusting! I still do not know when the other problems with my car will be resolved!
