Heritage Watches Avis

I purchased merchandise from HW on Instagram, an email came with a tracking number. It came to me as a Bogus number that lead me to an error saying no tracking exists; just as the review stated. I should have checked the reviews first. I tried contacting customer service, No response.

I notified my Bank to start a Dispute and a Fraud report. I hate when Scams like this go on with no actions against them.

Bought 2 watches on 30th May, was given a Fake Tracking number, repeated Emails to complain got a standard reply everytime,,,,,This is a scam

Fake place - 100% scam artists. Bought the watch, they claimed to have shipped it but it was never delivered. Tracking number is bogus. Customer service is useless - stay away from these clowns.

Scam it's fake website you will loose your money like I lost mine they will send you a fake tracking and will say delivered and nothing will arrive stay away is a scam like others page

Still no parcell scam for sure traking number does nothing at all

If zero will be the lowest then I will rate them with zero. Ordered a Watch a month ago but no items were actually delivered. Its definitely a scam. A waste of money

Ordered watch plus express delivery 15$
After a month of emails they blamed the mail service and thier company changed to clothing only .

Items never arrived. The tracking site provided gives the most useless confusing nonsense details on where parcel was or went too. The web link in their email takes you to their supposed watch site but if you take that link and go straight from web browser it takes you to another page that sells clothes and no watches.
$100 wasted. Wish Id done my research beforehand.

Bought a watch from Heritage watch right brfore Christmas, its now Jan,26. Never got my watch, The tracking number does not work, Try to email Heritage watch but does not go through. Seems to me this company is a scam.

I spent my money and was told wait and be patient , I never received my package and was never even able to track it . Was extremely inconvenienced and disappointed with the staff and lack of help . Never received order or refund...

PUT ORDER IN 1 MONTH AGO. STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED ANY THING. I KNEW BEFORE THAT IT WAS SKETCHY BUT GAVE THEM THE BENNEFIT OF THE DOUGHT..100%SCAMM DONT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY

A complete scam same as most of the other reviews false tracking number waiting 41 days and nothing to show up so my advice is stay well clear emailing them back and forth they take your money and they have the last laugh 😤

A scam, do not go near this place. The tracking refs they send you are fake, and not relevant to your package. It is just a scam. Stay well away from them.

Svindel. Scam. Fup virksomhed. Der findes mange navne. Brug aldrig jeres penge på denne hjemmeside. du får et track nr og kan følge den hele vejen. Men sjovt nok bliver pakken leveret. Men den er aldrig kommet i mine hænder. Og kan se flere kunder har oplevet det samme.. et stort fup nummer. De røver dig. Desværre kan jeg ikke give mindre en en stjerne. De skulle slet igen have.

An absolute scam, do not buy from this company. I checked using the tracking number provided and followed it through the process until it said delivered IT WAS NEVER DELIVERED. This is a scam site do not waste you money. I made the mistake of believing them to be genuine, BIG MISTAKE.

Big scam - don't buy anything from them. You will never receive it.

Scam website. Be careful. Did not deliver goods. Tried to contact for proof of delivery however did not provide after numerous emails back and forth. Provided me with a fake tracking number. Do not order from this website. 😡

Poor quality, strap is like something you would find on a toy watch.
