Great communication from initial enquiry, watch delivered on time with authorised dealer warranty .

I recently bought by Constellation from them and I must say, they were so incredibly helpful with advice in choosing the right one. Their delivery and service are second to none!

I purchased a Panerai Luminor 104, i was kept up dated by phone and email from start to finish.
No hesitation in recommending heritage watches a 5 star service.

I had a great experience with Heritage Watches, the communication was great throughout and my watch was exactly as described!

Great company to deal with , sourced me the latest watch at a great price. Would most certainly use them again

I would highly recommend Heritage Watches. Anthony and Lucinda were very helpful and professional at all times, they offered a very competitive price for my Breitling Navitimer, communication was excellent and the watch arrived within the agreed time, very well packaged in perfect condition.
I couldn't think of a reason to buy from anyone else and will certainly be a returning customer.

Love my new IWC. Great service, I would highly recommend them. I don’t think Heritage Watches prices can be beaten!

Perfect transaction, great service beginning to end, saved big on high street prices, no catches whatsoever. Would not hesitate to recommend and will certainly buy from again.

I've been wanting to treat myself to a Cartier watch for some time. Instead of buying from an authorised dealer, I thought I’d take the plunge and buy at a discount, online. I’m so glad I did. Heritage Watches were friendly and professional and sourced me my watch at an amazing price. Thanks guys!

The watch is perfect. 100% as advertised. Good communication from heritage watches. Kept me up to date with everything and I will definitely use them in the future.

Thrilled with my Breitling Navitimer and what a great price! I'd highly recommend using Heritage Watches

I found this watch on Chrono24, after looking for a long time. I have various watches, both contemporary and vintage but this has been a "grail" watch for me for as long as I can remember. Heritage Watches offered this piece at a great price and I eventually took the plunge.

Lucinda, at Heritage Watches, kept me informed of my watch's progress through their order process and when they sent it took only 1 day via Royal Mail Tracked Service.
The packaging was excellent. It would have been very hard for this watch to have been damaged in transit.

I am very happy with my purchase and with the service that Heritage Watches provided. I wholeheartedly recommend them and I would definitely buy from them again.
