I was nervous ordering from this website. In case it was a scam, I ordered a Kelly long wallet for under $200. I did not want to take a chance on possibly being scammed out of $500 or more. It did take over a month to get my item, but I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of my wallet. They were out of the color I asked for, so they reached out to me to see if another color would be acceptable (almost exactly the same color I ordered). So, I thought the communication was very good, and the product was exceptional. I feel confident in ordering from them again.

I have been a customer for ten years and have purchased several bags from them almost every year. They are a pleasure to work with. The last bag I bought arrived quickly, faster than any previous purchase. The black 35cm bag I bought in 2015 has been used many times (e.g. on airplanes) but is now almost brand new because of the great quality and workmanship. The more you use it, the better the leather feels! The communication is very clear and will send you pre-shipment photos of the bag you purchased. I just can't get over the price of “authentic” bags and I have had so many people come to me to admire my bags. They are almost identical.

I was very apprehensive about purchasing a bag from this site, especially with the wiring of the funds and then waiting for the bag to be made but after reading all these reviews I decided to take a chance. I ordered a Kelly mini under the authentic more expensive ones with full hand stitching and all I can say is wow! I anxiously waited 20 days for it to be completed and it was so worth the wait. There are sent photos of the bag upon completion and then 5 days later I received it via FedEx and it is just incredible. I only purchase authentic bags typically but don’t have the patience to wait on a waiting list and jump through hoops.. I was so impressed I just ordered the pochette and a larger Kelly bag..I can’t wait to receive them! I can’t vouch for the less expensive bags on the site, but under their authentic line you really can’t tell the difference. The quality is excellent.

RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! It's been a month and no bags in spite of me sending emails with inquiries. In the end I requested a refund and they stopped responding to my email. THIS IS A SCAM!!!

Their service is trash. They are quick to take your money but won’t send you your goods. When they finally do send it to you, it’s not what you ordered or paid for. They are unresponsive to any emails and ignore you when you want to make a return or get a refund.

I believe the shoes shown on line were actual Hermes sandals, nothing like the plastic flip flops I received for my $300. They are not cut like the real ones and are made of thin vinyl, not the leather promised on the website. Very disappointing.
