This company is operating fraudulently and is actively harming consumers. Their business model resembles a pyramid scheme, and they appear to be embezzling customer funds. They take deposits from customers and then fail to perform the contracted work. They repeatedly change their company name every few months to avoid accountability and to evade prior complaints, judgments, and refund obligations. They do not pay their employees, and multiple workers have stated that the owner uses customer checking account numbers and credit card information to make unauthorized payments to merchants. He even borrowed over $30,000 from his bookkeeper and refuses to pay her back. In addition, items have been stolen from customers’ homes. The individuals involved — specifically Michael Jensen sociopath (who claims to be the owner but is currently in bankruptcy under his other companies) and Devin Cortes also a sociopath — are engaging in deceptive, unethical, and criminal conduct. Their actions include theft, misuse of financial information, failure to perform contracted services, and intentional misrepresentation of their business structure. they also hire unauthorized people and don't pay them so they have the lack of motivation to work. He has let go most of his staff because he has no money to pay them so they left the company Based on the pattern of behavior, this company should be investigated for fraud, theft, embezzlement, and operating an illegal business scheme. These individuals should not be allowed to continue operating, and their conduct warrants criminal investigation. They are Charging people credit cards without their authorization. While this is illegal he laughs and says if you complain you will never see your money. He was taking the credit card numbers and charging my card to pay for his leads that he pays for service Pro. He tells you that his objective of the company is to get as much money as he can and file for Bankruptcy Protection. His different companies have file for bankruptcy as he has taken the business model from his previous company he owned with his father County comfort solutions. While he knows this is fraud he does not care.
