Hero Time Avis

Hershel is a thorough professional and helped me put my vision into life. I want to talk about the professionalism, quality of product and customer service. He conducts his business in a very professional manner, he gets on a video call with you, keeps up with you via email and phone to make sure you are up to date and answers all your questions. He educated us about the quality and when we received the sample, it matched the description. The overall quality of paper, cardboard and wood was excellent. The customer service is at par as he always communicates and delivers his commitment. If you are new to the business and looking for a perfect manufacturing partner, Hershel is your guy and Hero time is your company. They are excellent and the best partners we can ask for.

Hersch was PHENOMENAL! He answered all of the questions I had with plenty of patience because I had A LOT of questions. I was going to go with another manufacturer, but after this conversation, I am sold.

Hersh and the Herotime team care about the industry and individuals. They make the board game creation process fun and help you every step of the way.
I thoroughly recommend Herotime!
Get in touch with them, their service and communication is incredible.
I had never done a board game before but working with Hersh gave me the confidence to push through. It’s been so much fun!

Herotime was great to work with. We are first time designers with limited knowledge and experience and Hersh helped us out so much along the way. He was very knowledgeable, upfront, honest and helpful. His prices were very fair and he did everything he could to create a great product for us. Our first run of games with him turned out awesome, so much better than I was expecting. I highly recommend using herotime for your game creation

Hersh and his staff were just what I needed to develop my idea into a final product. His knowledge and expertise were invaluable in leading me through the whole process of developing a new game. I would recommend Hero Time if you are looking for an experienced game manufacturer.

Hersh and HeroTime were amazing to work with.

I did a big Kickstarter and it makes things really complicated. I had to make design changes and had limited time. HeroTime helped me out and worked with me every step along the way.

I highly recommend them for board games and decks of cards.

Hersh's communication was excellent: responsive, accessible, clear. He understood what I wanted and delivered. The pricing was very reasonable, and the games were delivered to my door promptly via FedEx. Would highly recommend.

Hero Time was great to work with and the boss there, Harsh, was always willing to go out of his way to assist me. He came up with great solutions and work arounds.

My experience working with Hero Time was fantastic. Extremely professional, efficient and helpful. I highly recommend them if you are looking for someone to manufacture and/or design a game.

We used Hero Time to manufacture a card game earlier this year, and couldn't be happier with the service, communication and quality. We were offered expert advice and guidance, and given progress updates at every step of the way. Hersh really knows the industry inside out and we felt confident from the outset that we had made the right choice when choosing a manufacturer. When our products arrived, we were even more impressed with the final quality than we had seen on the videos and photographs. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Hero Time and will be using them again in the future

Our experience with Hershel was very constructive and helpful. He gave us a lot of advice. We appreciate him for his time and efforts to guide us.
