Ordered eye makeup liner almost 2 months ago. Still have not received my order. Keep telling me to be patient and best wishes.

Ordered the Warriors Cross. They said it was delivered but was not. Attempted to contact company and they said contact the 3rd party delivery service. Delivery service was unreachable. Total scam.

Company is a complete scam. Ordered the wooden flags that were advertised as handmade, made in america by an old veteran. (Youtube). Found out that they are actually made in china. I never received the items although they show delivered before correspondence verified/lied that they hadn't shipped yet. Nothing but lies and run around. Stay far far away from this company.

I really thought after reading the reviews of this company I would be ripped off. My other review of company wasn't a good one either 1 star. Well, I was proven wrong my order came, much to my surprise, and I am very pleased with the order. It looks like the video plus well made. My only complaint is I seemed to get a run around from customer service with the text messages, long story. I might buy again for them, not real sure.

SCAM COMPANY
I ordered Mens 3XL polos and received 2 child size shirts. I immediately contacted customer service for a full refund and for them to pay for shipping (which is addressed on their return/refund policy on their website if the error is their fault) and they ignored my request for a refund instead offering a replacement with me paying for shipping. I told them to read my email and give me a refund and pay for the shipping back. I contacted them 2 more times showing them their policy from their website and the responded back that they could give me 10% and then 30% off - they even said I could keep the items, sell them myself or donate them. What kind of company is this. I finally told them I am not wasting any more time with them and will review them here along with other review sites and the BBB. My credit card company has a claim against them now, also.

Still have no package. Loads of BS. No straight answers. Couldn't recommend this outfit for anything,

I thought I was buying a "100% Veteran made and made in the USA" banners for 250 anniversary, but it is NOT.....it is made in and shipping (if shipped at all) from CHINA.
I wrote this review which I am sure they will not post to the item.

"I never received this item. I thought it was made in the USA and made by American Veterans,
but it is NOT. They sent me a foreign tracking number saying it was passing through customs
twice then it showed the package was sitting in Dallas, TX for more than 2 weeks. When
I contacted them to say my package must be lost, they offered to lower the price twice until
I placed a dispute with Paypal then all of a sudden they magically produced a false proof of
delivery into my mailbox where the tracking showed the package was handed over to USPS
with no tracking number and it traveled from Dallas, TX to my mailbox all in one day
(which never happens). I say they never shipped in the first place, and the tracking
information is a falsified document. By the way Paypal aided by denying my dispute from
their false document. Buyer beware. Thieves / SCAM."

I never gave up trying to get my money back, and after I filed a dispute with Paypal 4 times, each time they denied my dispute in favor of the seller for their phony proof of delivery. I then filed a dispute with Citi Cards because that is ultimately the form of payment that went through Paypal was on my credit card. Citi Cards denied my dispute just as Paypal did, but I did not give up, and did an AI Google search for a higher contact for Citi Cards disputes, and did find a phone number, and did file again with documents showing where the seller had told me they would give me a full refund, and after never giving up, and finally reaching someone who did listen to me, I GOT MY MONEY BACK.

I told the customer service person....I didn't care if it was just one penny....I would still have worked as hard because it is just wrong to steal people's money.

Avoid these china scammers I should have checked Trust pilot first! I know a bunch of people got scammed by these guys had I known they were from china I would have never went through with the purchase going to dispute the charges they are clearly scammers truly disgusting! They sent me a tracking number that clearly is a mirror site when you goto the actual site track 17 and put the fake tracking number in it says cannot locate I hope these guys get In trouble probably nothing will happen to these scammers just dont buy anything form china

Ordered one xl tee and waited 25 days for it to arrive. So they advertise as local in the states but it comes from overseas. Now imagine an xl tee shirt and then cut the length in half. That’s what you get. As a 6 foot 3 inch male, this shirt does not even cover my belly button. It’s a tramp top. Good luck getting ahold of them!!! Stay away, save your money and hope this company gets sued and they take everything including their mother from them. CON ARTISTS

WASTE OF $$$$, & TIME!
BUYER: BEWARE. On 6/22, I placed my order for a cute baseball cap. While I at 1st, received prompt updates & a tracking number, all that went for nothing as the last time I saw ANY movement towards delivery was 7/3.
I contacted Hervns via email on 7/13 and a rep responded just telling me, "Give it more time. It's on it's way." I asked for the delivery company's name, a tracking # & got nothing.
All I can do it wait. It's close to 1 month now, and I don't know if I will ever get what I ordered. I wasted my $$$.
DON'T WASTE YOURS.

Hervns is a scam. Based in China, they use a fake algorithm to “track” packages and when you contact them about a missing package, they simply say their tracking system shows it deliver. Stay away from Hervns!

Bought an embroidered "MERICA" baseball cap, to be shipped in a nice box (all this in the video advert). Cap came in a bag with a sticker "MERICA". This is classic BAIT and SWITCH TACTIC! SCAM! Will never buy anything from this company again!

I bought a Bracelet for my son and the web site makes you fill out an area for the name to be engraved on it. it came with no name on it. I asked about it and they said that don't engrave them????? Just more cheep China crap I got sucked in to buying. Its on ME!

Absolute garbage. I bought 2 merica 250 hats and they were even cloar to what the picture shows or how the hats are described. I was ripped off. If anyone buys anything from here they are making a huge mistake and will absolutely be disappointed in the fact they were ripped off

I ordered a banner for America's 250th birthday, on June 4th. It is now July 1st. The advertisement said it was made in America, by a veteran. It Is being shipped from China. Such bullshit! Now they want to charge me $5.00 to tell me where it was made! Do not order from this untrustworthy site.

Low quality, shirts came balled up and wrinkled and the sizing online cannot be trusted. The return policy is basically worthless and nonexistent. They wanted to charge me over $12 per shirt to return them in order to get the proper size. This is more than I paid for the entire order to begin with. Since they don’t give accurate measurements for sizes and use a weight range, they should stand behind the product, and they simply do not. These things fit like garbage bags and I’m going to donate them. Maybe if they spend a little more time and effort on Customer Service and not just Instagram ads, they would have a chance of being a decent company. Save your money and stay away!

Wish I could out a 0 and wish I would have googled the company prior to purchasing as they ALL say the same things that I experienced. The shirts I paid extra for shipping faster was not fast, and then they were for a very wide and short person, which would fit NO one in our household.
I emailed them and this what they said, "Hello, since we are engaged in international trade, if the package is returned to the buyer, they will have to bear the high shipping cost. We have applied to refund 10% of the cost for you. You can keep the product. Or you can first consult the local post office about the shipping cost for returning the package to China, Zhejiang Province. Then you will understand that we are reducing the cost for you from your perspective. Please consider it. Best wishes."
So basically I can't return it because I again would have to pay MORE for shipping", and I will just be donating or burning them at this point.

Scammer! They sent me a shirt that was frayed and 4 sizes too small. Website says hassle free 30 day returns. They gave me two options: pay for return shipping to China to get a refund, or pay them more money to get another shirt sent. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company. Stay away from them.

I purchased 3 patriotic wreaths that were advertised as USA made by a retired veteran. I also paid for the 5 to 12 day shipping. Totaling $139.00. It has been 25 days, still no delivery. I looked at the reviews a little too late to find out it’s made in China. I still have not received the items. I tried to track the shipping number and you have to download an app and pay for it to find out its location. This is all a scam.

Would give negative stars if able! THIS IS A SCAM! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Received 3 garbage, asian brand men's shirts a month after ordering. Used Paypal for protection but it did not protect me. Paypal said I need to ship the shirts back for refund, shipping cost more than my refund! The company website states that if it is no fault of the buyer then they pay the return shipping. I shouldve investigated before ordering.
