Horrible I placed an order before Thanksgiving and didn't receive my chain till the 5th of January then I received it not how I wanted it horrible experience last time ever buying from u guys

I ordered a Christmas present from this website over three weeks ago, and it still hasn’t arrived. This delay has completely ruined my Christmas as I am unable to give the gift I had planned. The item was not cheap, and I expected much faster service for the price I paid.
Despite multiple attempts to contact customer service, I have received no satisfactory response or resolution. They keep telling me the package is on track, but the tracking information shows it hasn’t moved for five days. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I will not be purchasing from this website again and would advise others to be cautious.

For the charm and charm was way bigger than expected. Didn’t look as good as the picture but it’s decent

The product came out and looks amazing I wish I coulda had my exact letters AKB! But it was understandable because ! Is kinda hard to make into a pendant but the look is clean material feels heavy hoping it passes a tester but other than that price was good and shipping was reasonable and FREE

only problem that I had was the updates and status of orders and I received the wrong chains. but besides that, service was great.
