The item was delivered in China, but delivery confirmation was delayed by almost a week, raising concerns. I was required to pay in advance, which is not standard practice in the industry. Tracking updates were only provided after I raised a complaint. The tracking eventually ceased updates from Addis Ababa to Lagos. A customs clearance process then commenced. An item expected to arrive within 10 days took over two months. I engaged law enforcement, but they were unable to recover the item. I was advised to pursue legal action, but I declined. As a result, I advise caution when dealing with them, as the item remains unaccounted for.
