I love the guys at Hey PC Guy. You get a boatload of value & if you sign up for the annual support & it gets extremely convenient. They can pop on your PC without you having to do anything & no per incident billing. They are also trustworthy. Iv'e been with using them for about 6 years & plan on staying with them for the long-term. My whole staff loves them too. Highly recommend them for remote tech support.

My son and daughter had both tried to get my computer working a few months ago. Before that, I had been on the phone for 2 hours with AT&T in India.....The young lady trying to help me suddenly said "oh my goodness, I see the mistake I made.....I have your phone number and will call you back when I have it fixed"....Well, have you heard from her? I haven't....We were all so frustrated, and suddenly a bright light came on in the room when my son thought of Hey PC Guy. His father-in-law has used them for 4 years....We called Richard (thank goodness) and he got me up and running......I've told all my friends about him and would not hesitate to scream from a roof top how wonderful Hey PC Guy is!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Every time I call Hey PC Guy, they are right there to quickly and effectively fix whatever issue I have on any of my computers. As a TV producer who is constantly relying on my computers to stay in touch with productions and our shows, I must have a reliable source to turn to in a computer glitch. Hey PC Guy is the ONLY service I trust and turn to.

This is the best deal I have every had in computer repair. The computer was fixed, I could watch or not. I signed up for their on going care, what a deal! They do the updates so they are timely and done right. They can work on a problem whether I am there or not, in many cases they can anticipate a problem before I know about it. All for $125 a year.

The individuals who have helped me have been patient, knowledgeable, and competent. As as added bonus, you don't have to leave home for them work their magic. I highly recommend this company.

I have been using HeyPCGuy.com for almost 6 years and have to say they are one of the best PC remote companies that I have worked with.
Over the years I have had some of the most craziest mind-boggling issues occur, but I always knew if I could not resolve the issue myself that I could rely on HPCG to step in and bang out the issue . They are very cost affordable and extremely reliable, and on the clock 24/7 which is nice. Some of the biggest issues that really caused me major is malware, which they are genius in removing, including viruses but I think I only had one or two in the past 6 years. If you ever get malware or viruses, HPCG is the company to call.
Something else that I am very pleased with is that the HPCG tech I usually work with walked me through taking out the mechanical hard drive of my Dell notebook and replacing it with a Crucial-brand solid state drive(SSD). I never opened a notebook on my own, let alone ever seen the inside, but the HPCG helped me make the hard drive change which was great and rather quite simple…so now I know how to do something I didn’t thanks to these guys.
So bottom line is if you ever have computer issues or problems with malware or viruses, I would highly recommend trying HPCG.

I have used HeyPC Guy once before and knew they were legit and very knowledgeable! I got the LiveSecurityPlatinum virus when I clicked from Google to a "malvertise" that took me to a Facebook page. I wrote a comment as the product appeared to be a DPL knockoff. Then when the comment appeared on MY Facebook page, I read it and, unknowingly, clicked on their malvertise link-- that is when I got the virus!!
But, HEY PC Guy is absolutely the best! I recommend him to ALL! He worked for over an hour and only charged me $49.95. Very honest and nice!!

Very original and very useful concept. They saved me from the hassle of having to carry my PC all the way to the repair center. They fixed my PC via remote connection!

Well I have been going through heypcguy.com scene about September of 2009. They have always come through for me, they have fixed any PC issue I have brought to them (and I have a lot lol). Not only do they take care of it they do it quickly and with a friendly attitude. I'M so happy to have found them.
