Hey Pharmacist Avis 

I have used Hey Pharmacy for many years and have always been pleased.
It is so easy using the app to reorder my prescription.
I have only had to contact them once and they helped resolve the issue (no fault on their part).
I wold definitely recommend.

The initial process is much quicker.Despatch is taking a bit longer but still arriving in time.

It's usually a very easy experience. No having to go to the GPs surgery and finding somewhere to park; no time spent going to the pharmacy in town (and parking again). No waiting around to get the meds. If I've ever had a problem it's been sorted quickly and efficiently.

Been using for years now. This makes life so much easier having the prescription delivered to my home address. The Reminders are a godsend too as I usually go out of sync and forget when I’m due. Brilliant service please don’t ever stop!!

I have been using Hey Pharmacy to deliver my medication for a few years now.
It is usually a smooth process with regular notifications and delivery usually within a week following my GP authorisation.
I continue to be impressed with the service which Hey Pharmacy offer.

Hey provides an easy, straight forward service that alerts me, via email, that my repeat prescription should be ordered. I go onto the Hey app. click order and in 3 /4 days my prescription arrives in the post.
Just excellent service.

I have been using Hey for a few years now and have never really had any issues. If you are ill and need your medication immediately you can bypass the post and have it sent to a pharmacy. When I've had any other issues they are quickly sorted out by the team. I live in the middle of the countryside so to have my regular meds sent through the post is great 😊

Using the app is easy.

Everything is made easy with Hey Pharmacist, as they do all the work. Reminders, sending to GP & delivering to your address. Very efficient and good delivery times
