Avoid at all costs! Had an account with them for a few months and withdrawals to PayPal were instant once processed however I withdrew £150 in various withdrawals and I am yet to receive it a week later. I have been told the money is ‘stuck’ and they’re trying to ‘unstick’ it however I have had 0 updates. Even logged a complaint and have had 0 response not even an acknowledgement yet they clearly have my email and contact details as they sent me a ‘play safe’ email a couple of days ago! Honestly a huge joke when I finally get my money (and compensation!!!) I will be closing my account. Disgusting service on live chat constantly told they are ‘escalating’ and nothing gets done.

Mixed experience. Had a couple of half decent wins. They brag about instant payouts but that only applies when they’ve processed the payment so a bit of ambiguity there.
Recently a few times I’ve gone to the site it brings up the German version even after clearing everything and putting in the correct web address it will go to the German version 10 times or so then finally the uk version. I went on the live chat about this and while they were trying to blame my device ( I e experienced it on 3 devices) their replies were also switching between English/German. It’s made me quite wary of the site and I’m not sure it’s safe.

Obviously no point in trying to contact via the below email, it's stated in many reviews that it doesn't work, no replies, duff email address.
Cleared my account of any remaining funds.

Absolute sham of a site. I'm stilling waiting to receive my winnings after 6 days. Its been escalated, apparently, but still nothing in my bank. Customer service is appalling to say the very least. Terrible site. My gf wished she never got involved. She won £200 but they won’t pay out. They keep asking for documents to be uploaded even tho she’s uploaded them several times. Sham of a company. Was dubious after reading the reviews but I have to say there have been no issues since joining. Great selection of slots available. I generally do tennis accumulator bets and maybe the number of tennis matches could improve but all main tournaments are available so can’t really complain. Withdrawal time was 24 hours from processing to payment back on to debit card. Not sure why all the negative reviews but been good for me so far.

This isn’t a scam site. I’ve played enough of them to know for over 15+ years. The choice of games is decent. I agree it’s hard to get hold of customer services, but withdrawals are as they state (providing they already have verified you). I waited less than 24 hours for withdrawal to be processed. All in all, I like this site

Decided to make a small deposit being mindful that there are so many Casino Scams right now....that was 3 days ago....I won a small amount and decided to make a withdrawal, just to see what will happen and was told by Heyspins that it will take 48 hours for processing...up until now, that withdrawal has not been sent back to my bank...

Amazing, please don’t listen to the bad reviews! As long as you are playing legitimately, you will have no problem. Deposited £50 in total and withdrew £2000, requested it at 9:30am it was sat in my bank by 1:30pm!!! Quickest withdrawal turn around on any site I’ve played. I do have to send In some documentation, which I’m gathering atm, but my withdrawal was not withheld. Fantastic service and a happy Tuesday to me!
