Heze Furniture Avis 

I highly recommend using Heze as your dream kitchen designer and assistant. We have ordered our dreamed kitchen with nearly 40 units and the customer service from begining to the end was excellent. Edyta and the team has been very helpful throughout the whole project. Edyta is a very good adviser and she is very prompt in responding to all the queries. We are very grateful for making our dream come true.

I honestly can’t put into words how professional, helpful, and smooth the whole experience has been with this kitchen company.

From the very beginning, everything was so easy. I contacted them and received a response straight away. I sent pictures of my old kitchen, and just two days later I received the design for my new kitchen. It was absolutely beautiful and, most importantly, exactly how I wanted it to look, down to every little detail.

When the kitchen arrived, everything was extremely well packed and organised. They even included extra screws, extra hinges, and all the little things you might need — something I really appreciated.

I live in Scotland, so I had to travel all the way to Birmingham to collect my kitchen. Unfortunately, I could only make the journey at the weekend, but that wasn’t a problem at all. They were kind enough to open the shop specially so I could collect it. That level of customer service really means a lot.

I honestly have no words to describe how happy and satisfied I am with my beautiful new kitchen. ❤️

I would like to say a huge thank you to the person who designed and created my project and a massive thank you to Edyta, who was absolutely amazing throughout the whole process. Edyta was always happy to send me pictures of different worktops and front doors so I could compare everything and make sure I was completely happy with the colours and choices.

Edyta, you are absolutely professional, patient, and helpful, and I really appreciate everything you did for me.

I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a beautiful kitchen and exceptional customer service

The instructions to assemble the item were incorrect (the diagram showed screw holes etc in the wrong place), but more importantly, the product arrived without two key parts: the worktop of the vanity and the screws to connect the vanity to the wall. We contacted customer service who sent out another top. When it arrived, it arrived cracked. When we tried to order a second replacement, the top was out of stock so it’s left us with a vanity unit without a top to sit our standalone sink on, rendering the vanity absolutely useless.
The product (the part that we received) is otherwise good quality and looks nice (hence 2 stars).

Customer service did not offer a sincere apology nor any reimbursement for the issues - we now have a cracked top we need to dispose of (will have to go to the tip) and we paid for an item that is incomplete.

Item ordered was the 1 Flow 1 Door Fluted Bathroom Vanity Cabinet with Worktop 40cm - Gold Craft Oak.

We ordered our internal doors from Heze Furniture. As we live in Scotland, we didn’t have the opportunity to visit the store in person, so we were initially a little hesitant as it was a significant investment. However, they were the only supplier we found offering the proper European-style doors we were looking for.

Joanna was absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process. She was extremely helpful and patient, sending us lots of photos and videos and even posting colour samples to us. This made such a huge difference and gave us much more confidence in making our decision remotely.

We chose the MARS style in Bianco, and we honestly couldn’t be happier with the doors we received. They are beautiful, exactly what we wanted, and the quality is excellent.

Joanna also helped us with the measurements and advised us on which door sizes we needed. Everything arrived exactly as required, and our joiner had no problems at all installing them.

I recently ordered a sofa from Heze, and I couldn't be more impressed with the entire experience. The quality of the sofa exceeded my expectations, it arrived in perfect condition, and every aspect of the service was outstanding.
I would also like to give special recognition to the delivery driver, Lucian. Although the delivery was a one-man kerbside service, he noticed that I was unable to get the sofa upstairs to my flat and kindly went above and beyond to help me carry it inside. His willingness to help made a huge difference, and his professionalism and kindness were greatly appreciated.
Excellent product, exceptional customer service, and a fantastic delivery experience from start to finish. I would highly recommend Heze to anyone looking for high-quality furniture and outstanding service.

Absolutely fantastic service. Dealt with a lovely lady named Edyta. Turned up unannounced but the team made time for us. The kitchen quality is fantastic. The same price kitchen from B&Q is poor quality. I ripped my old kitchen and wanted to save some cash by doing the work myself. I doubled the amount of cupboards and was supported all the way by Edita who did the full lay out drawing on computer for me. She kept the cost down and I got all of my units, cupboard etc for £1850. I’ve nearly finished fitting it and it looks fantastic. I went with white gloss and I it looks fantastic. I can’t thank Heze enough. Even the delivery guy helped me unload the lot into my house. If you like DIY and want to save thousands on labour, Heze are worth a call. Kitchens are not that hard to fit. Order to delivery from Heze was two weeks.

Outstanding customer service, great product and very quick delivery!

Customer service of this company is second to none. Asia/Joana was super helpful when I ordered the wrong size bed. Nothing is too much trouble as staff is solution oriented no matter the issue. I wanted a collection that was not on their website and hey presto they made it possible.Responses are speedy and thorough. attention to detail is great and they keept me informed every step of the way. I wish every company was like this.

Excellent service from start to finish, done 2 kitchens for the customers which I purchased from HAZE 3d plans and design at no extra cost just a nice touch!

If I could get zero I would! Firstly my order was delayed by about a month.. I received 10% compensation which I had to negotiate. The bathroom under sink unit I purchased is poorly made, it’s cheap MDF chipboard which swells with usage and soaks up water. Not fit for purpose. Definitely shocked about the quality, I expected more, it being made in Poland. Not worth £150. The only thing I can’t complaint about was the lady I dealt with on email.

I purchased the Flow 2 Drawer Standing Bathroom 60cm Vanity Cabinet with Basin – Cashmere in July 2025. Shortly after installation, the edges of the unit began swelling, showing that it is not moisture resistant and is completely unsuitable for a bathroom environment.
I raised a warranty claim and was sent a replacement unit at the end of October 2025. Unfortunately, the replacement has failed in exactly the same way. This clearly isn’t a one-off batch issue — it’s a badly designed product made from poor-quality materials.
Despite this, Heze has now refused my second warranty claim, blaming the installation rather than accepting responsibility for a clearly defective product. I have paid for installation twice at my own expense, only to be left with another failed unit.
The customer service has been extremely disappointing and dismissive especially by someone called Kinga. Being told the fault is mine after two identical failures is unacceptable. This product is not fit for purpose, and the company does not stand behind what it sells.
I would strongly advise against buying this vanity unit or purchasing from Heze at all

Super obsługa (specjalny uklon dla pani Asi z dzialu sprzedarzy drzwi...)..drzwi voster bardzo ładne i solidne...cała transakcja od zamówienia po dostarczrnie przebiegła bardzo płynnie...polecam heze w 100%...

Ordered the Dalia bathroom set , was unfortunately damaged once we tried to assemble this was out of line and was too big for the big for the space ordered. Contacted Heze via email and over the phone, however they were unwilling to even offer a replacement or an alternative and did not want to also provide a refund. I offered to bring back the items to them directly however the man on the phone was very unhelpful and seemed like he did not want to lose £400+ on this set. This is appalling service and very disappointing overall bad experience was referred from b&q however will definitely not be buying from here again absolutely disgrace . I’d rather go to ikea where they will look after you properly like a customer should have been.

The kitchen was very well made and delivered quick. When I had some questions or issues Edyta was excellent on providing support and great customer service. Would definitely recommend 😊

Similar experience to below customer.
Ordered TV stand to be delivered between 7-10days. No correspondence so chased up at day 10 to discuss dispatch.
Advised would be discharged later that day. Still no correspondence near to shop closing so called again to find out why no tracking received. I was advised there had been a delay from shipment from Poland and was guranteed it would be with Heze 5 days later and immediately dispatched to myself first thing Monday morning. I was offered £35 discount for inconvenience. No explanation as to why I was told it would be dispatched that morning if not even available.

Called first thing Monday, was advised furniture would now be there the following week (another 7-10days). Offered £60 discount to continue with purchase.

Immediately cancelled order and requested refund.
Clearly using delay tactics for furniture they don’t know will be arriving.
