I would never use a broker again
I would never use a broker again, total ripoff, go straight to your nearest driver training school. As for the promise of a job at the end, total lies very misleading, very much on your own. After posting this they sent one job interview north London approx. 60 miles away ,total joke well would be if it hadn't cost me £3,300.

This company is disgusting!
This company is disgusting!! Don't not trust them at all. They said to my son about training he started paying and received no training at all everytime he rings them they never pick up. They have now referred the debt. Why should he pay for something he has never received. See you in court!! Do not I repeat do not trust this company at all... My son has repeatedly rang customer services to complain but no one answers the phone!! But they expect £3,500 for training he has never had!! Disgusting is a understatement.

We do seem to have quite a few candidates with the same surname as yours, therefore we not 100% sure which one is your son's account.
Our bookings and customer service teams are always here to help. I appreciate sometimes it can take a little bit longer for the teams to answer the phone, as they usually dealing with multiple candidates, however we never ignore calls, including the missed ones.
We also never refer our candidates to debt collection, this can only be done by the finance provider.

By Far THE BEST Driving School
The BEST instructions on the site, easy to understand them and the training couldn’t get any better. I only had 3days of training and I have never driven HGV before yet on my Practical Examination I passed First time. Definitely by far the best Driving school.

I’d ask Facebook for advice next time rather than trust google.
Got it done eventually. However, the only reason I signed up with these was because at the time of searching, they had bought all the google space out. Any search for HGV training only resulted in these guys being brought up. The advert also made it look like they were a training school, not a 3rd party organisational agency as it transpired they are.
I asked before I signed up, when I needed to quit my current job. I was told they would tell me when to quit. So I signed up in May last year, and started the theory training. Only problem was, the amount of material you need to go through, doesn’t sit well with a 9-5 job plus callout. So I didn’t complete my theory training in its entirety until August. My practical training was set for October. Failed the Cat C test on a silly mistake, but rebooked my test and some extra training through my instructor rather than these guys when I realised what the price difference was. Passed second time. However the retest couldn’t be booked in until December. So 7 months after I signed up.
I decided best get a job first with what I got, which proved harder than I thought. So got a job, and some CATC experience before booking my CE.
Then I was advised that I needed to book an extension for my CE training if allowed because the whole course should have been completed in 6 months. I pointed out that that was why I asked when I needed to quit my last job as I gathered this training was going to be very consuming, but as I had been explicitly told NOT to quit my job until they said, I hadn’t, so the theory training had taken longer than anticipated.
They did grant my extension, but I wonder how many people have fallen foul of this stupid unachievable rule, and found themselves paying £2k regardless for a service not provided? This would only work out if you don’t work at all.
Side note-my instructor informed me that the full course direct with the driving school would have cost around £2500. I’m paying £4500 for the same course with these people. Badly worded misleading advertising making it look like an entirely different setup.

We take pride in booking and assisting you with all the training. You have been fully trained for both licences and CPC within 7 months and are now fully qualified. We do allow a maximum 9 months for both licences.
We appreciate that the courses are not inexpensive and that you purchased the training package with the aid of a finance plan. You can avoid to pay the full term by trying to make more monthly payments or paying off the finance earlier.

Training was straight forward
Training was straight forward, wts trained me and gave me loads of knowledge that I needed to learn. It has been a great experience & my journey isn’t over yet as I’m awaiting class 1 training which I’m looking forward to. Passed my class 2 recently which I enjoyed every part of.

Recommended before and will keep on recommending
Great team to work with, makes you feel like they are there close to you through all the process.
If you have to ring them make sure to have plenty of time. Unfortunately the waiting time is about 30 minutes on hold before someone can pick up your call but as soon as they do they will take care of everything and talk with you through all the process.
